    Beautiful Hotel shame about the cafe

    Lovely little hotel,Beautiful room & bathroom very tasteful 👍Great amenities & close to darling harbour/ china town.👍The only down side wasBeds are terrible, mattress was so hard, 👎pillows had two options hard or air & fluff filled👎 & rubbish was left under couch. 👎Staff in cafe could not understand English well enough to order easily & unfortunately could not find our names ( for prepaid breakfast) even though we could see it clearly stated on the sheet, we were then made to leave the cafe to return to reception to sort it out. 🫩👎Over all it was an experience..mainly good but would not return as the end of the trip put a dampener on it. ⭐️⭐️ Gabriel Polias, General Manager at Vibe Hotel Sydney Darling Harbour, responded to this review Hello TracyThank you for taking the time to share your feedback.I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the hotel’s location, design and amenities, however I am disappointed to read parts of your stay fell short, particularly your breakfast experience and the comfort of the bedding.I would also like to clarify that all of our team members do speak English and are trained to assist guests professionally and respectfully at all times.     Good location disappointing experience

    We stayed for 3 nights & after being out all day came back to our room on both days having not been cleaned nothing replenished. Staff at front desk apologetic but no offer of compensation or even a complimentary coffee from their restaurant, upon leaving no one asked how our stay was. Very disappointing & will never stay here again.     Fantastic location right by Darling Harbour, everything is within easy reach and very convenient.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention for holding my luggage for two weeks while I was traveling through the outback, completely free of charge, which made my trip so much easier.The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the rooftop bar and restaurant offer great options with a really nice atmosphere.The rooms are the perfect size, very comfortable, and well maintained.Would definitely stay here again.
