The single rooms were generous in size and great open plan living. The 2BR apartment was spacious, clean and functional. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and walking distance to transport and to vast array of dining options.

We booked Zara Tower for a 1 week stay in Sydney. The location and price seemed to be a good balance, and indeed this was the case. Upon arrival the area seemed a bit dodgy, perhaps due to construction but this perception vanished as soon as we went exploring. The Surry Hills neighborhood is really great, lots of restaurants bars and cafes. Access to the tram and central railway station is about a 10 minute walk. The staff was very accommodating and the room we had was well equipped and very comfortable. We wished there were more areas to lay stuff out in the bathrooms but overall this was a minor point. We will definitely consider staying here for future visits.

We (wife and I) loved our 3 x nights at Zara. Stayed in a 1 x bedroom suite (on their site, is called "Luxury Soho Suite") and it was superb. Large enough that we could actually live there permanently. Loved the 'Soho' converted industrial warehouse feel. Quiet at night (as long as windows are shut - seemed to be double-glazed if not triple). Fully furnished, tasteful furniture (as in 'not generic motel style). Even full complement of crockery/cutlery (and not mismatched set)Clean, and fresh towels daily (3 x night stay doesn't get full service, but the king bed was still remade daily).Location great - walking distance to Central, light rail, Chinatown, Oxford Street.Lovely smiling staff....there is nothing to fault.

Zara is an excellent place to stay. The room we had on level 16 was modern luxurious and had brilliant TV with loads of complimentary Foxtel channels including sport and movies.
