  I had a very disappointing experience staying at Martin Cash Hotel. Several key issues made the stay frustrating and not as advertised.Firstly, there is effectively no reception service available outside limited hours, which creates immediate problems for guests who need assistance. This was made worse by the fact that there is no access to laundry facilities outside of reception hours either, which is highly inconvenient for longer stays.The listing also lacks transparency around additional costs. The required $200 bond was not clearly disclosed on Booking.com prior to booking and only became apparent afterward, which feels misleading.On arrival, the condition of the room was poor. The bathroom had visible mould, the tiles were cracked, and there was pre-existing damage throughout the room that had clearly not been addressed. Notably, the wardrobe door was damaged with what appeared to be a hole punched through it. Despite these existing issues, there were later demands for payment related to “damage,” which was already present when I checked in.The so-called 24-hour check-in system does not function as advertised. It was unreliable, and when issues arose, it was extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone. Phone calls went unanswered, leaving no practical way to resolve problems in a timely manner.Overall, the lack of service, poor communication, hidden costs, and substandard room conditions made this a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are properly addressed.

  Super easy checkin using Wotif.Brilliant and easy after-hours key system.Prompt communication with reception staff.Very well appointed with a very comfortable queen bed and king single.Cannot fault, very clean.I would definitely recommend Martin Cash Mote

  This hotel is a 1970s time capsule. it needs to be upgraded badly. Although clean, the building and rooms are old and dated and need renovation. they still had shower curtain which is no longer recommended for hygiene purposes. no air conditioning. a fan in the cupboard is provided if you need it. it is ok for budget accommodation. our room had the microwave and coffee-making facilities in the bathroom area separated by a brick partition. I am sure it is not recommended by hygiene standards.

  We checked in on a Sunday around 4pm. Unbeknown to us the staff were well gone. There is a self-check in service and a phone with no one at the other end of it. Apparently, they had no details of mine, which was hard to believe. Not sure how I managed to make a booking without any details. Anyway, I was sitting on the chair in front of reception wondering how was going to get into my room or would I need to sleep in my car. We were fortunate that one of the other guests came past and they couldn't get in either. They gave us a number to call, which was the sister company. Thankfully this person was able to get us checked in. Did the manager come and welcome us the next day? Not at all. We stayed for four days. Such bad service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

  My partner and i stay here every time i have a hospital visit and would never book anywhere else to stay..Very clean and tidy staff are very helpful and friendly..I would recommend this hotel to family and friends close to shops and a very comfortable hotel to stay at
