Location

The hotel is centrally located just a few minutes’ walk from Hobart city centre. It is only one block from the famous waterfront and directly opposite the Federation Convention Centre. Salamanca Place and its legendary market, restaurants, harbour and waterside festivities, such as the annual Taste of Tasmania, are only a gentle stroll away. The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery are 200 m from the hotel, and Mount Wellington is about 20 km away. Hobart International Airport is around 25 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 10-storey building with a lift and 242 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Room very comfortable and extremely well presented. Room was tidies/cleaned daily. Very friendly staff at reception, the restaurant and at the bar, food fantastic and beer cold. Loved our stay, will stay again when in Tassie.

    Wonderful location and delightful helpful staff made our stay a pleasant one. Everything was wonderfully quick and efficient, from our unexpectedly early check in, to the speed of the lifts, to the super convenient car park. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

    While the location of the hotel was excellent and the food at the restaurant was very enjoyable, I encountered some significant issues during my visit.The bed in my room was far too soft, which resulted in back pain that has affected my mobility. I now need to seek physiotherapy to address this soreness. Additionally, I found the parking facilities to be inadequate; there were not enough spots, and the spaces were quite tight and difficult to navigate, particularly in the overflow area.Because of these issues with the room and parking, I do not plan to stay at the hotel again, though I would consider returning specifically to dine at the restaurant.     Spent a week at hotel and no complaints about anything. Location near wharf area was fantastic. Walking distance to Salamanca area, CBD, and many tourist locations. Great breakfasts and dinners. I am coeliac but many options for me. Room was spacious, clean and all amenities including washing machine/dryer.
