Location

The hotel is located on the Bail district main road. It is only a few minutes' walk from the city centre, but sufficiently away from the crowds.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 2 single rooms and 16 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     I enjoyed my stay at East Legend Panorama Hotel. The hotel helped arrange a pick-up from Baku airport at an affordable price. Reception were helpful and gave tourist maps of Baku which was helpful to get around. My room was reasonably small. Bathroom didn't have very good water pressure. The breakfast room was a nice room but the breakfast itself was pretty basic, not much selection and not as nice as other breakfasts in other hotels. I enjoyed the swimming pool, very cool and refreshing after a hot day. We were also allowed to use the sauna for one time during the stay and I enjoyed the sauna as well. Although the location isn't right in the center of Baku, it was still convenient for places to eat and only a short walk to tourist places. For the price, East Legend Panorama Hotel is good value. Overall, I would give 4 stars - if the breakfasts and bathrooms improved, I would give a higher score.

    Deniz mall and carpet museum is at a walking distance. Value for money hotel. Staff is really good, especially the cook (old aunt) who provides fresh breakfast daily. Do try this hotel at Baku with your family.

    staff are very helpful from reception to the restaurant, they assist you in everything you ask. highly recommendedvery clean, quite and peaceful.centrally located in city of Bakuthey can also assist you with tours much cheaper, join group tour, take private tour, anything u can ask for.

    Very happy bout hotel. Very kind workers. Everywhere is clean. Very delicious food at the restaurant. We are going to be always-costumers☺️☺️☺️☺️ Recommend to everyone who is going to be in Baku for some time)

    Spent three nights here. A little away from the old town, which for me was not a big deal. I could use a 2km walk. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.Few repairs in the washroom and floor required, not a big deal though.
