    Hotel Use only for Hook up

    I booked this hotel for 1 Night as it's showing 4* Hotel but when i reach the hotel no one came for luggage i went reception for this then hotel Manager said i look into Camera you take your own Luggage so i didn't send anyone for luggage, after them they alote a Smelly and lower category room, we also take our luggage, when we went reception for change room category they gave me another room but it's key not working, then i again went to reception for room change then gave me another room and it's Ac not working, after that i went recaption again then they gave me a small room but luckly Ac And room key is working, All time i have to carry my own luggage, hotel didn't send anyone for that, i lost my 2Hr in this processI have traveled my 3 yr daughter when i went for Breakfast then hotel said we will charge additional breakfast cost of your 3 yr daughter, and in his Breakfast menus is Tomato and Cucumber Slice only

    Just want to make it shortThey disconnected the cold mood of the air condition, only the fan is working (in baku it is so hot and the humidity is very high)The fridge is not working (I don't know what is the problem of the cooling system with them!!). And as well empty only 2 bottles of water(4 star hotel!!!)The Jaccuzi system was broken.The room's lightening system is very week causing a headach.Actually I choosed this hotel for my own honey moon. But that was scandal and horrible, I changed it after my 3 nights finished that I was already paid.I gave the 2 stars only because of the not bad breakfast and because they made an exeption for us and served the breakfast in a late time for us.The most bad thing when they fool you and think that you don't know anything (that what happened with me with the technical staff service)In general it is not BAD hotel. But not 4 stars hotel, that's what I mentioned (give money for nothing).Thanks for your reading.

    Out for the Europa League final, I was booked in this hotel. It was OK for work purposes but it was rather tired and not easy to walk from there, especially at night. The breakfast wasn't great. Cabs are cheap, which is lucky as the centre of Baku is a 20-minute drive.

    the hotel staff are so kind and will help you anytime you tell them. (our room refrigerator wasn't work and as I told them they change it with new one).the swimming pool and gym was good enough, but sauna didn't work.although hotel is a little far from city center, but "qara qarayef" metro station is near the hotel(just 15 minute by walking) and a bus station just across the hotel.also you can take a taxi to ganjlic mall by just 4 manat.the breakfast was good enough and the "lool kebab" was very delicious.I really recommend this hotel to my friend.

    Rooms are not spacious but okay location far from main city but good for stags surrounded by pubs .Not so many items in restaurant for breakfast but it satisfies lobby and restaurant staff are nice co operative .VIEW from the room -Don't expect much !
