    Hi we booked for 3nights for this 4 star hotel we came from uae with my husband. At first I was excited thought the hotel will be nice same in the photos showing online. When we reached to the hotel outside hotel is nice but when we enter the room i was shocked when i saw the bed sheets the cheapest bed sheet for a hotel that u can imagine and there’s no duvet available with only 2pillow on the bed. Also when we check the bathroom everything from the handwashing area to the shower everything there’s metal rust I wasn’t able to touch the shower it was so disgusting. My bathroom is cleaner than the hotel i feel so sỗ disgusted. Out of disappointment we transferred to another hotel.Don’t believe that they are 4 star wouldn’t even rate them with 1 star.

    If you are looking for a peaceful hotel, I can recommend you Istanbul Gold Hotel Baku. Staff are friendly and you can request anytime even in the middle of the night.Foods are just suit to what you just paid. But no balcony on the rooms we had.

    It was not even a 2 star hotel let alone 4 star. Everything was terrible. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bed spring couldn't let you sleep. The refrigerator was out of order. For everything you had to call the reception to bring for you. There was no tissue, soap, shampoo, blanket and etc.I don't recommend it at all.Hostel is better than this hotel.

    Absolutely terrible. This is my experience in 2022. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. After changing my room for two times because of room floors getting wet all the time, I left my charger for my iPhone in the room, so when I asked reception about it they simply told me that it's gone! That's kind of stealing, right?! So be very careful about your stuff in this hotel. Also the staff are not helpful at all. So I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.

    They give you rooms without windows and air conditioning is also bad, so you don't enjoy! Breakfast was average, location normal, but stuff is bad they make the process so long, we were waiting 2 hours for check in. Also they ask you for extra taxes, which was not mentioned in booking and also they did not have all rooms we booked, so changed our room numbers, some of us had to sleep 4 together when we booked double rooms.According to this price is high and hotel not that nice.
