Location

Situated in Baku, the hotel is 50 m to the sea and 700 m to Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. The house of the government is 500 m away and the airport is 23 km from the hotel. Various shopping venues are about 100 m away and a selection of restaurants is approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the establishment.

Facility

248 rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Most units have a sea view. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. Further amenities include a washing machine, an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a plug adapter and WiFi are provided as well. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available.

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours.     Stayed 5 nights at the Radisson hotel Baku. Had a pleasent stay. Upgraded from Standard to Superior room while check-in. Free of charge.Nice, newly renovaited room with very good beds. Aircon was ok.Fridge (empty) available in the room, and two bottles complimentery daily.Nice breakfast!Employees are very polite, serviceminded and they all speak english.     The room was rather small, but clean and functional. Comfortable bed, in-room safe, and practical shower cabin. To my recollection, no fridge.The restaurant is called "Lagom" which is a common Swedish expression for something that is "just the right measure." The breakfast provided good choices for a healthy start of the day.The hotel responded promptly to my request for an airport transfer and communication with them was exemplary.     Booked this hotel through Expedia. Used the credit card I always use to guarantee (not prepay) the booking, making sure i selected the upcharge amount for a booking to be paid at the property. And that's exactly what the confirmation said. Later received a message from the hotel, through Expedia, that there was a problem with the credit card. Despite the fact that I knew there was nothing wrong with the credit card, I rebooked the room using a different credit card. Wash and repeat! Same confirmation, followed by the same message. I am certainly NOT calling Azerbaijan and giving someone my credit card number over the phone! Not sure if the hotel booking system isn't working or something more sinister is going on. But buyer beware here...something is very wrong!
