    Ok place to stay

The room sizes are good. However the breakfast was not very good. Ver limited options, we couldn't get an omelette as there was no egg station. We ended up going outside for breakfast. The rooms and bathroom amenities could be better.

Do not believe the room descriptions

    rating10 Dec 2022

This hotel staff are fraudsters. they take foreigners for fools.Don't believe the room pictures and specifications written on their own website or booking.com.We booked the 'deluxe family suite' for 4 people for 2 nights.. When we reached the hotel after a long drive the reception staff said the room we booked is not available. We argued how a reserved room can be unavailable, why was the reservation open if it was unavailable.. He said it was a mistake in the reservation. So we asked for the biggest room available and he said he can give a double deluxe room and an extra bed.. but the payment will be the same as the family suite, which was actually much more than double room. We were not ready to accept it . And asked to see the manager.. he 'seemed' like a decent and understanding man . But he conned us even big time.. he said he will upgrade our room to the 'crown suite room' which is the most expensive and luxury room at the hotel for 1 night and next day we will get the family suite we had booked for.. we agreed and accepted the offer. The 'crown suite' looked like the 'family suite' we had booked for.. but we didnt bother asking them about it.. next day morning before going out we packed our luggage and asked them to move it to the family suite for the 2nd night, when its ready.. evening when we came back we realized we got deluxe triple room, which is cheaper than family suite, again fooled us. They were stubborn they wont reduce the price. Very rude front office management.!They said the information, pictures and room names on the websites are wrong...Breakfast time is 8 to 11. We reached for breakfast at 9. Everything was finished.. hardly some fruits and veggies left.. we waited for more than half an hour, some half cooked sausage stir fry came.. and thats it.. we left without a proper breakfast..

    The Big Room

    rating27 Jun 2022

The size of the room is really big. If the receptionist has a little bit of a smile will be great. Not all of them but the girl receptionist with red colour hair is the best and friendly. Thanks to her. See you next visit.

We were a group of 7 Indian tourists on a tour organized by "Simi Travels Pvt Ltd" and had a grand dinner cum dance programme on the ground floor banquet hall of this hotel. Traditional Azerbaijani dances was arranged by Ms Nergis .Mammadova, the main tour and entertainment coordinator of "Simi Travels Pvt Ltd" in Baku. Professional dancer's performed for us tourists at the "Rennaissance Palace,Baku".It was a evening of Dinner entertainment along with a lavish cocktail of liquor which consisted of a king size "Johnny Walker Black Label" whisky bottle along with local Azerbaijani beer ,Vodka, soft drinks as the songs were played along with dance's

    AN HONEST REVIEW

    rating08 May 2022

We choose this hotel because mostly of the reviews are good but it turned out that we we're not happy with our stay at all.Breakfast was not ready as the time mentioned, we have to wait and bang the kitchen to serve the breakfast ASAP because we need to leave for our tour of the day. Everyday was in the same situation we even heard the other guests with the same complain. Rooms we're not ready when we arrived and when we request what we need they only provide on the next day because they thought that they already gave us.The hotel looks old from inside, I am even wondering why they got an 8.5 rating they don't deserve it.Only 1 pillow each bed, not soundproof. It is far from the main attractions you have to ride a taxi or walk for 25 minutes.
