    I had an excellent stay at Qafqaz Sahil Hotel Baku. The hotel is truly amazing with a stunning view that takes your breath away. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable.The service was outstanding – all the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention to the manager Mr. Gulmammad, who was incredibly supportive and cooperative throughout my stay.The breakfast was rich, diverse, and absolutely delicious.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku – thanks to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable! 🌟

    It is a cylindrical structured skyscraper building located at the sea shore. The rooms have full glass, studio view and give wonderful views of the city & the Sea. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Lobby is spacious and has good ambience. Food is good. Service is also very good.

    Worn out and dirty

    I usually do not post pictures but felt the only way to describe the situation is by doing so. We arrived at 02:00 in the morning and was told this was one of their best rooms. We get upstairs and find a room that needs a lot of work. Chair was dirty, mold on the bathroom ceiling, corrosion on bathroom fixtures; see the pictures. We call down for some extra bath towels and bathrobes; there were no bathrobes in the room. We were told that extra bath towels were not possible, per policy in the hotel. Also, they had not bathrobes. I spoke with the front manager then next day and the room was changed. We did get extra bath towels and they found bathrobes somewhere. The new room was better however it still had the run down feel to it. The place felt grungy, simple as that.The next day we went out for our morning tour and upon return, found that our room was not made up. We were told that housekeeping on the weekends was only from 14:00 to 17:00, although ours would be the first one done. We came back from lunch around 14:40 and not really to our surprise, the room was still not cleaned up. I had to go down to reception and get that resolved. About 15 minutes later someone showed up to clean the room.There are pictures of the entrance area's on two different floors; both need to be cleaned. Most of the carpets we saw looked similar.The hotel has the feel of a quick and cheap refurb that is falling apart; see the pictures.I do not recommend this hotel for anyone

    We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Sahil hotel. Their staff, especially Nargiz and Shamkhal were very courteous, helpful and kind. We had booked the executive suite for one night, and very kindly they upgraded our room for all nights. The room is super huge, gorgeous interiors and fabulous view. Will definitely suggest to stay in this hotel
