  One of the worst experiences ever

  One of the worst hotels ever. My stay was absolutely terrible. We had booked 4 rooms, the hotel was kind of enough to provide us with 2 rooms before the check in time, however when it came to giving us our remaining 2 rooms, we got them much after the check in time (half n hour late). Day 2, breakfast was ok, we went out and came back in the evening, our rooms were all clean. However upon return, my sister found that her makeup box was open and a lipstick was missing, we immediately complained and were told that action will be takenDay 3, we go for breakfast by 10 (which by the way is from 8-10:30) and there are empty dishes They did not even bother to replenish the dishes that got over, simply shrugged and said “it’s over”. We come back at night by 10, and our rooms haven’t been made. Towels were not changed, water wasn’t provided, NOTHING. Had to call the receptionist and he sent water bottle. Interestingly, as soon as he gave me water at around 10:30 PM, he calls and tells me to clear the airport pickup bill immediately (at that very moment). I told him that i will do it at the time of check out, I’m still there for 2 more days, but he didn’t listen and insisted that the airport pick up bill be cleared at 10:30 PMDay 4, once again we arrive for breakfast and once again the dishes are empty, and absolutely zero response from the staff. Day 5, we check out and as luck would have it, again no breakfast because the food got over, the coffee machine wasn’t working and the toaster was also not working. Over all, very rude staff, horrible room, not clean, very bad condition of the bathroom, lipstick issue didn’t get resolved. My bad luck that I had already paid in advance for the five days otherwise I would have checked out on day 2. Even the toiletries were not provided. Shampoo and soap got over by day 3, they didn’t bother to provide new ones. They didn’t replenish the tea bags and sugar kitsMy advice to fellow traveler’s, DON’T go by the star rating, this hotel deserves 1 or maybe no star rating at all, please don’t stay here or if you do then at your own risk. They don’t understand the concept of boutique hotel. I cannot emphasise on the staff being rude aspect because it was really really really very bad.

  Staff needs training in hospitality and customer care. The entire hotel smells like an ashtray.Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were not cleaned properly.Walls are very thin and you will hear everything happening nearby.Location is not the best.

  1- they don’t offer clothes iron for your room you have to go to the basement the iron your clothes which was Funny to me like how do you call your self a 4 star hotel and you do things 2 star hotel do ?!2- we arrived 6 am and literally the room was given to us and not cleaned after the ppl before us , they offered us a better room because we requested a refund.3-there is no AC they keep it on heat mood and to make it worse you can not change it some days where really hot like 28 or 29 we where dying and if you open window mosquito is driving you crazy all night if it’s raining.4- far away from city center.5- there is bank literally next to the hotel you can do exchange as they charge you 5 manat if you exchange from them. overall was not bad but don’t have high expectations for what you usually get for 4 starts in another place.

  Average hotel, decent enough rooms but no breakfast. Reception staff a little lazy but OK in general if you wish want a place to crash in Baku! We had room service from the restaurant, the food was not bad.

  This place definitely does not deserve a 4 star. The lobby and reception area looked so good, but rooms were terrible. Our bathroom was all broken and unhygienic. The bathroom floor looked dirty and the the toilet seat was broken, the shower had a mind of its own and would switch between hot and cold by itself. I booked a double room and got a twin room with the beds attached and one single duvet. Morning i found myself in the floor slid through the middle of the bed. The breakfast didn't have really anything. The staffs were rude and was disrespectful, we had to wait for 5 mins at the reception desk until the guy hung up his call in his mobile. I booked this place looking at the star and the accessibility to the airport as it was our last day in Azerbaijan and the we were coming back from Baku. Definitely does not recommend this place.
