  I arrived at the hotel and was told there was a room at a given price. When I said that it was more expensive than on a booking website, (which I showed him) the counter clerk, phoned his manager to see if he could give it to me at that price. The clerk said, "the manager said, the rooms been sold, so even if you try to book it, you can't have it". He could have said, "walk ins always cost more". I should add, I've been to hotels and when I've wanted to extend my stay, they've told me to book online because it's cheaper for me.(The room was shown as available the whole day, because I kept looking).

  Awful Awful, please do not book this place! We turned up at the correct time. (I had a WhatsApp confirming everything - even offering a pick up) when we got there, there was no one around and a "friend" from a nearby hotel called someone to let us in.However, we were not booked into the one with the nice pictures - but a terrible room, (not apartment) that was 5 mins drive away.These are a total scam - please avoid! We found somewhere nearby - which was much nicer and cheaper and cancelled this "booking".

  My friend and I stayed at Old Baku Boutique Hotel for three nights, and it was a fantastic choice. Centrally located and reasonably priced, the hotel offers spacious and stylishly decorated rooms, which was such a relief after some cramped stays in other hotels. As we were at the end of a long holiday, the ample space was perfect for packing. We had encountered bad experiences with two other hotels in Baku, so we were exhausted and frustrated when we arrived. Thankfully, Old Baku Boutique Hotel turned things around for us. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—when I needed to contact the airport and my airline, they assisted me without hesitation and didn’t even charge me for the phone calls. I can’t recommend the hotel and its staff enough; they made a huge difference in our stay."   We stayed there for 4 days, The services are terrible!They turn off the wifi modem to didn't allow us touse internet!and it's disgusting!!they didn't clean rooms for each days,and the breackfast was so bad!

  I love our stay, its worth the price...location is good, just few minutes walk to old baku. Staff speak English. room is clean with good WIFI....we booked online and the hotel arrange for us pick up taxi from the airport with 20manat, tho the driver does not speak english but its ok. We reached early morning though the room is not yet ready but they allowed us to store out luggage and had breakfast and use of washroom to freshen up...then we started our roaming around the area.
