    Hostel staff threatened me, verbally attacked me getting very close and shouting. There is no access to any other staff or manager and all the numbers go to reception under his control. I am trapped...

    レセプションのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで感じが良い。 設備やリネンなども新しく全体的に清潔感がある。 ベッドは下段のみカーテンがついているせいか、下段のみ埋まっていて上段はガラガラ。 しかし下段ベッドでも隣のベッドと接している部分のカーテンは隣のベッドと共有なので少し落ち着かない。 シーツや布団カバーなどは白なので清潔感があるがマットレスはへたり気味。 タオルなし。 まだ寒い季節の宿泊だった...
