    Me and my wife had an awesome experience staying in Carla’s place. Location is just a little bit off and the public transpo is a bit far but she is willing to drive you anywhere in the island and pick you up with a decent fare. The room is very clean, the bed and the pillows were greatl. Fridge, toaster, tv is in the room and great air conditioning. What’s best is Carla will make you feel at home, she is very nice and accomodating. Thank you Carla and God bless your business🙏🏻🙏🏻—>>>RobnMyla

    Carla has a very nice, clean home, located in the middle of the island. We learned so much about the Bahamas, the Bahamians, and the island just by staying with her, and having her drive us about.The only drawback is that you do have to find transportation to get virtually anywhere on the island. The jitneys stop within a few minute walk of her house, but they can be hit-or-miss depending on which bus you catch. Carla is happy to drive you or pick you up anywhere on the island, and her prices are very reasonable.I definitely recommend her place if you want to meet some nice local people, and if you want to get to know the island from a resident's point of view.

    Carla's Cottage is a nice, clean, small, well air-conditioned accommodation for a reasonable price. It’s located a bit away from the city center. Carla is a great host and offers taxi rides to the city, recommended restaurants or the airport. But the greatest experience was taking the bus and getting in contact with local people. I would like to recommend Carla’s Cottage for a stay of some days.
