Facility

105 rooms, including 4 suites, 9 apartments, 10 single rooms and 61 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Great location in the city center, close to shops and atracktions, The staff were verry friendly to us! The room was verry clean. A good breakfast to enjoy. But overal a pleasant stay fore us.Were have staying two times its wat verry good !

    Nice hotel very close to the train station. Sort of confusingly occupies several different buildings on several levels but it works. We had an interior "family" room with an upstairs bedroom. Very quiet. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked nice. Mostly this is all about location. Diamant and Astrid metro stations are very close too.

    We had a pleasant stay in Antwerp and a comfortable room at the Leonardo Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet on the inner court. The bed was was firm and provided a good nights sleep. There are lockers for luggage when you are early or leaving late. Breakfast was a nice buffet. Certainly when travelling by train it is very well situated in the middle of town. The train station itself is quite a sight. All in all we certainly would return there.

    I was really disappointed with this hotel. When we checked in, the room and bathroom were dirty. The shower tray still had the previous guests hair in it, and there were bits of dirty too and black mold. The bottom of the door on the outside of the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned for ages. The bedroom had also not seen a vacuum cleaner for a while. The dirty shower was mentioned twice to reception. It was given a quick clean after my second complaint. My room was also very scruffy. If you pulled a plug out of the one and only plug socket in the bedroom, the wooden unit would detach. The staff were friendly at reception. But the housekeeping is very poor and obviously isn't checked up on. Overall, it was very poor for a 4 star hotel.

    Warning for anyone working while traveling, Wifi was down for 4 days and down during the day for an additional 4 days, but hotel will not compensate anything. The manager said it's not their responsibility when it is clearly advertised on their website for the hotel.It is also a very small, cramped room, very loud at night especially during Friday/weekend and the walls are paper thin.
