    The hotel is situated along a motorway but no direct access to the hotel. We were told to enter a next door Mercedes garage but the gate between both garages was closed. No one was willing to come and help us, instead we were told to try another Metcedes entrance. We did but no luck either. On the way out we had to rejoin the M way to Brussels adding a 25km to the trip to return to the hotel. We did this for about 3 hrs. Then aroun'd 7pm we were told to try one more new ent'rance of the Mercedes dealer. Agreed to do it one more time but warned that if unsuccessful we would have to continue our journey to Brussels and seek another hotel and that we would not accept any debit on our credit card. No reaction. We eventually had to continue our journey and spent thenight in Ibis Wavre. Yet this hotel debited our card for 165€, room and breakfast!!!We complained but no success, sent a registered letter to the hotel mgr. demanding reimbursement. Never a reply!!!
