    Too strong purfume

    I stayed one night at the hotel and I would especially like to thank the young man working at the night reception. He was extremely kind and helpful and quickly offered me another room when there was a problem.The issue was the very strong perfume smell in my room, which was really overwhelming for me, especially as someone who is sensitive or allergic to fragrances. The second room was better, but still perfumed.I truly appreciated the professionalism of the night receptionist, but I would suggest the hotel reconsider the use of such strong fragrances in the rooms, as not all guests can tolerate them.     Lovely hotel and great value.Staff are very helpful and the shuttle service was also very efficient . If in the area again would certainly use again.     A terrible, nosy place

    Terrible place to stay, especially if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep. Not only that all night that terrible washing machine runs very, very loud, but also the AC makes alot of noise.I just asked them to turn it off, I can deal with cold but NOT WITH continuous annoying noise that sounds all night!I tried to use the gym but more than one time it was used for another group or activities.The prices are high and do not reflect (AT ALL) what that hotel offers.To make up for my troubles they offered me a free restaurant bill (that I refused at first) but then they insisted, so I took it...just to find out that they sent (THE SAME BILL THAT WAS OFFERED TO ME AS A COMPENSATION) to my company just a moth later.It was DESPICABLEI will never visit that hotel again and I advise everyone to do the same.

    Nice hotel, diabolical communication

    We booked this hotel as a family of four after arriving very late into the airport.Firstly the shuttle stops at midnight and if you arrive later than that, the hotel said just call them to order a taxi from them to take us back to the hotel as the distance from the airport to the hotel is not accessible by foot.We called them shortly after we had got off the plane to confirm our name and they assured us that a taxi would be on the way. We were waiting another 20 mins, so we called to double check and were reassured that the taxi was less than 10 mins away. Another 30 mins later there was still no sign of the taxi and we tried to call them back for a third time, except this time it went through to a generated voicemail meaning that we were left at the airport alone in the dark at 1am. We had to convince another taxi driver who doesn’t do this route and isn’t associated with the hotel to take us and lots of other people who were in the same position as us. Please bear in mind that the hotel promises a taxi from them if the shuttle service has stopped so this isn’t an external issue. When we finally arrive at almost 2am, we were dumped and told to wait outside reception with everybody else for 2 minutes which turned into 15 minutes standing outside because nobody was there even though it is a 24 hour reception.The communication regarding transportation at this hotel is diabolical and when we raised this at the till all we got was a sorry. The room itself is fine and clean and quite spacious, however it must be noted that for £130 for the night there was no complementary instant coffee or no kettle.Overall, as a hotel the rooms are decent but the deplorable communication regarding transport to and from the airport means we will be extremely hesitant again because if we had not convinced another taxi driver to take us we would have been left for hours in the dark.

    Overnight stay before flying from airport, next morning.nRoom small but adequate and clean enough. We added breakfast on when we arrived. 15 eoros per person.Was excellent and had everything from cereal to yoghurts, to boiled eggs cheese and also bacon and eggs. Well worth the money.Our room was top floor with an attic window and was very hot. Pillows not great either.Slight problem with communication next morning about our shuttle, as bus full and when we went back into hotel we were then told yellow taxi was for us, which had been sitting for at least 10 mins. Driver not particularly nice, but not our fault. Otherwise all ok
