    I have been travelling to Aalst very often for business reasons over the last year and Keizershof hotel is by far the best hotel in Aalst. The standard of accommodation is exceptional, the rooms are great and clean, the hotel restaurant is cosy and quiet, the selection of Belgian beers is extensive and the breakfast is perfect. And most importantly, the people here are great. Especially Lindsay in particular is a role model for how F&B should represent a hotel.

    I was positively surprised by the level of service at this hotel in Aalst. At first, I had made a mistake with my reservation at a well-known French hotel chain. I then found this hotel, and the staff were extremely helpful. They managed the booking over the phone very efficiently and explained everything clearly. The service is truly excellent.The room itself was very good and met my expectations. What left me a little disappointed, however, was the atmosphere of the hotel and the bar. It doesn’t really invite you to sit down, have a drink, or read a book in a warm and welcoming environment.Overall, a very good stay thanks to the excellent service, but I believe the atmosphere in the bar and common areas could be improved to create a more enjoyable experience.

    Best hotel in Aalst. Stayed for 2 weeks.Great room, perfect bed, shower and also little balcony. the room was spotless very clean. Internet worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good quality with lots of variety and excellent teas and coffee. But the most important is the professionalism and the curtesy of the staff from cleaners to the owner. Absolutely well trained and very kind. I had a medical operation and had to put on compression socks at night, the staff had noted my need and each evening one will come up and help me put the socks on as I was on my own. I felt really at home. the owner is so down to earth and works throughout. Assisted in restaurant booking when it was all full and after closing hours etc... The receptionists Marino, Joel and Anthe were absolutely great. Thank you for a very comfortable stay 🙏Oh and very central location near everything in Aalst.

    My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at keizershof Hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff who came with us to show our room. The sauna was very relaxing too, this is a must do! Breakfast is good. We were also taken care of by the hotel Manager, Lindsay Bunales which is very friendly and she really makes sure that her customers are satisfied with their stay.With regards to the location, I could say that it is just perfect as it is at the heart of the city, nearby shops and some restaurants as well as open market as we stayed on a Saturday. therefore you will not be bored.
