A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 50 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. Would highly recommend this resort, great and well maintained facilities and excellent service! The dining options at the resort are good and there are lots of options to explore Ambergris Caye. Golf cart rental is available onsite and the hotel does a fantastic job with hotel shuttles. Can't wait to go back! The Pool Paradise of Ambergris Caye

Coco Beach Resort is an absolute gem. We happened to visit during a slow week, which meant we basically had the massive pool to ourselves, walk-up bar, volleyball net, hot tub, and a water slide that entertained the whole family for days. Add in cornhole, table tennis, hammocks, and chess, and you genuinely never need to leave the pool area. A perfect place to chill after or before any excursions.The location is spot-on. Far enough from the hustle of downtown San Pedro, but close enough to get there easily. We were perfectly positioned between Secret Beach and town, which made everything accessible without feeling like we were in the middle of the action. Some people prefer being downtown, but we loved this location. Everything was easily accessible.We had a two-bedroom suite and it was stocked with ice and water. Perfect for our family of four. The couch was also a pullout. Having a full size fridge and kitchen could be useful, but we ate out. Nice deck overlooking the pool area. TV with lots of channels. The only knock is the bathroom is tiny. But there is a mirror right outside the bathroom that we used as a second vanity. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive without being overbearing. A lightbulb went out in our room and it was addressed immediately. They were helpful with luggage, wake-up calls, and transportation. Even though we arranged our own, they kept checking in to make sure we were taken care of.Don’t miss the daily happy hour from 4–6 PM. The resort also has its own dock, which was a nice bonus. When we booked tours independently, operators could pick us up right there. They offer stand-up paddleboards and have a sweet little beach, though sargassum kept us out of the water at this beach during our stay. It didn’t put a damper on anything.For those who prefer a more hands-off experience, the resort offers tours and golf cart rentals so you never have to figure anything out yourself. We did our own thing, but it’s a great option to have.Coco Beach delivers on every front. We’d go back in a heartbeat. An excellent resort for families with a water slide, 2 pools, a hot tub. Concierge arranged excursions and snorkeling was very good. Hol Chan was crowded but Mexico Rocks was not as busy. My family had a great stay at the Coco Beach Resort. We loved the pool. The drinks were great, especially the happy hour specials. The staff at the resort were all fantastic! The WiFi was pretty weak in the room. The beach is not swimable due to sargassum but that’s not the resort’s fault, the sargassum was bad everywhere in on the east side Ambergris Caye. Some tips: if you want to eat off the resort, besides downtown San Pedro, there is a breakfast cafe and lunch place just outside the resort to the right. Rent golf carts from an outside vendor because the onsite prices for carts is expensive. There is ping pong, corn hole bags, volleyball, and hammocks. They also have free kayaks and stand up paddle boards to rent. It was not problem getting poolside chairs any time of day. This was our 6th time at the resort and by far the worst. Let me start by saying the resort is nice and well kept. The food and pools are great. However, The customer service and front desk is terrible. The Electricity was out several nights while we were there and made it difficult to run the A/C because everything was on a generator. So it slept HOT. They did not offer room service unless you requested it. We had to ask for towels multiple times. The Bar/ restaurant closes by 9:30. Then when we are checking out they didnt have us down for an airport transfer even though we had paid and had already taken it for our arrival. Then they made us pay for an extra person because all of sudden the transfer only included 2. So when we get to the hopper flight the return flight wasn’t booked through Maya Air even though we the had confirmation. A HUGE fail on Coco Beach this time. Do Better!!!!!
