  Are you kidding me with that f’ing play list you put in the halls??? Who ever created that deserves a raise stat! What ever other inadequacies this hotel may have it has made up for this playlist. #hallway dance party # shazam ready on exit !!!!

  Better options elsewhere - choose somewhere else

  To begin with, the hotel never answer the phone when you try and call them, you’re on hold until they pick up the phone then hang up, they also never reply to emails or messages. The ‘continental’ breakfast in the morning is the same food every day, no variety or catering for different diets. You have to eat what they give you, take it or leave it. If your room is on a high floor, remember the lift (elevator) will probably stop on various different floors between reception and your floor. In our room, the safe was broken which we complained about to reception as we wanted to keep our passports safe. They said they will send someone to fix it, they never did. The water pressure in the shower is terrible, it’s like trying to have a shower under a leaking faucet tap. The lady who restocks the minibar opened our room door without our consent when we were sleeping. I’d understand if this was the cleaners, but this is the minibar restocker! The people who work there at reception don’t care, for example the room next to ours was having a loud party at 1am. We rang reception to complain but they did nothing because the party continued. The ‘cleaners’ hardly clean your room either, they only make the bed and change the towels, any dirt they just can’t be assed cleaning. I don’t know how this hotel is rated 4* - at most this hotel is a 2* and for the price, there are definitely better options for you. Choose somewhere else.

  Horrible. Elevators broken and malfunctioning, sperior suite has no table and just one nightstand and a plastic chair. The room smells like paint dusty, just horrible, nothing like the photos.Staff is unprepared and has no idea how to address any normal situation. Just horrible.

  Slow service, low quality food, rooms with lots of small problems, falling apart, the restaurant was slow and food was not good. They seemed very understaffed for a hotel that boasts ‘events’ in the name and check-in, check-out was very slow.

  Objectively speaking, I would only stay here if there were absolutely no other options. I stayed for 1 night and cancelled the rest of my reservation, and here’s why:1. Questionable hygiene and sanitary standards. By that, I mean the place was a mess. Did not have the courage to shower in my room. Holes in the wall, mold…2. Wifi simply does not work.3. The gym is not functional, no air conditioning, broken equipment.4. The staff were very slow, and rude to some guests. Additionally, was unable to provide clear and relevant information.5. I did not receive the room I paid for.6. If you have any food restrictions, yeah, your on your own.7. There is nothing (literally) near the hotel, it’s situated in the middle of a large avenue. Far from the beach, far from popular attractions, far from existence itself. 8. Rooftop had potential, but like everything else, failed to deliver. Horrible music blasting your ears at 9am, and there was 1, just one, sun deck chair.But hey, this was just my experience; and the hotel was loaded.
