  Was sent to this hotel through LATM for an overnight stay following a flight cancellation from Rio to Sao Paulo on 01.02.2026.Took just under 2hrs to get checked in due to number of persons in the queue. Finally checked in around 2am on 02.02.2026.This is the condition of the Toilet! How can any hotel offer rooms in this condition?Although the Duty Manager did apologize, the lack of cleanliness and hygiene checks on rooms before guests are assigned is frankly unacceptable.

  Rooms are too tight and too close to shower- no privacy when you are roomed with guests

  The rooms were extremely tight, bathroom, shower- way too close together. I never stayed in a room where the shower was soooo close to the bed and the toilet was so enclosed. I did not like this at all. I would not recommend or stay in a hotel like this. The breakfast was not good at all. Need better options for a brazil style breakfast.   Very good cost-benefit in a safe location

  We had a good experience. Check in was quick, staff were nice, the room was clean and reasonable in size, they had food and the location was safe, which is not always the case at Rio. I would definitely stay there again.   The room size and facilities were of good standard and staff were very friendly. All staff were very helpful. Daniel and Fernanda helped me in the process of getting hold of Flamengo match tickets and without them it would not have been possible at the price I paid as they went the extra mile for me for which I am forever grateful.   When I booked and paid a room they said I could ckeckin around 12:00 pm.I could only check-in around 1:30 pm as they didn't have an available room.The only thing they said was: I'm sorryIt's been so many years since I'm an Accor client and I don't think this kind of situation or behavior is acceptable.
