    We planned a trip to Paraty and needed a place to store our bags. The reception staff was very friendly, they speak good English and they helped with our luggage storage a couple of days earlier than the checkin date, did it without additional charge. Ronald Henrique was of great help with our luggage and was polite. The room is good as well.     During my stay, everything was truly as it should be – from the overall organization to the general atmosphere. We felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning.However, one moment stood out the most. An older gentleman kindly helped us with our luggage, and the way he did it was full of warmth, care, and genuine kindness. It wasn’t just about carrying bags – it was about making us feel truly looked after and sincerely welcomed.     Nice place not a big establishment but have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, if you like to workout they give you a gym pass which is next to the hotel.
