This beach hotel is located in one of Brazil’s most famous neighbourhoods, just 2 blocks away from the beach. Guests will find a range of dining options and shopping opportunities just metres from the hotel and tourist attractions such as the Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Corcovado are just 15 minutes away by public transport. Public transport links are also close by and the nearest metro station can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

    The hotel reviews are accurate. This is a basic hotel. Overpriced for what you get. We had a nice sized room with two beds on the second floor. The windows are cheap and allow all the street noises in all night. We arrived early, but was told the room check in was not allowed to 2 pm. They charge 30 br. Rl to store the bags. When we came back at 4 we were told their was a problem with the room and it was not ready. The hotel did give us a temporary room to take a shower with one bed. 30 or so minutes our room was ready. There were several problems with the room key but that got fixed. The strangest part was the dining area staff. When we first got to the hotel, there was no one there. I took a glass to put my own water in for a drink as it was very hot. Suddenly, one of the kitchen staff came out speaking to me only in Portuguese and ripped the glass out of my hand . The next morning, as we had an early bus ride, I went down to the breakfast. It was 6:50, the breakfast starts at 7. No one was there but the coffee was ready. I took a cup. The same guy from yesterday comes running around me, screaming at me again that breakfast does not start till 7. So, I think it would be okay to take the poured cup of coffee and wait 5 minutes in the lobby. The guy chases after me in my face trying to grab the cup. Ridiculous. I admit I was 5 minutes early but his attitude reflects the quality of this hotel. It was just not an enjoyable nor peaceful experience. Find a better place.

    Stayed at APA Hotel with a group in the recent past. Single rooms are not that large, but this was a minor issue. Very good hotel. Great staff. Rich breakfast. Great location. Accommodating management. Safe surroundings.

    The staff and location are the strong points. I went with my wife and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Copacabana beach is very close and it is one of the most beautiful beach on the world. In addition, in the area has "botecos" and restaurants with good price and food.

    Stayed here for 3 nights. Very good hotel for this price. Rather big rooms, friendly staff, close to the beach. Monotonous but nice breakfast. So we've got only positive emotions if not only overpriced laundry. fabicax, Diretor de vendas at Infinity Copacabana Hotel, responded to this review Thank You very much !     close to Copacabana beach,decent rooms but you might feel a bit a need of renovationlift is a bit clumsybreakfast buffet is okPros: Gentlemen at the reception guide u the best for travelling around Rio and are extremely helpful
