Facility

Junior suites, suites, 138 single rooms and 68 double rooms are located on 15 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Excellent! 5 star hotel service

    I stayed with my cousin for 7 days and we were impressed by this hotel. The room was so clean, breakfast has plenty choices, and the staff were very nice. At the reception we found help and guidance every time when approached the staff. We found 5 star service in the 4 star hotel. We gladly come back if we have the chance to visit Rio again. Big thanks to everyone working there!

    The hotel was good, but after I check out I realised I had left equipment in a bedside drawer. I contacted the hotel 50 mins after leaving my room, but all my stuff was gone.GoPro, Prescription Sunglasses, Kindle, Medication. I was really upset ( Stupid for leaving it, but hugely disappointed that it could disappear so quickly ).I have written twice to the hotel to ask them to investigate, but not had any response. I will be filing a police report.

    Clean but needs some work in the bathrooms

    The beds in the room are incredibly hard and very high. If you aren’t careful, you will roll right off of them. The water pressure in the sink is no -existent and the toilet doesn’t flush properly.The location seems convenient and the room is fairly quiet. The hotel is very clean which is nice.The on-site restaurant is quick and has a nice selection of food at affordable prices.

    Honestly the most mediocre experience ever. Service was meh. Rooms are so plain and soulless I felt depressed. TV doesn’t work - air conditioning sucks and rattling away. WiFi doesn’t work and I am just so tired I can’t even complain. + The carpark was so expensive even though we arrived late and will leave early!!! Really disappointed.     A Nice Option in a Quiet Corner of Copacabana

    Nestled in a quiet corner of Copacabana, this little hotel is a great mid-range option in Rio with very comfortable rooms, great sleep quality and showers, and even rooms with private sauna. Bit its best asset might be the couple of bars just around the corner with great Brazilian food, very cold beer and laid-back atmosphere. Breakfast is quite good and front desk is very helpful.
