    Great location, but noisy!

    There aren’t many hotel options in Leblon, and this one strikes a good balance — right between the ultra-luxury (and very expensive) hotels and the more affordable but less appealing ones. The location couldn’t be better: you can walk everywhere and really experience the authentic Leblon lifestyle.Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only real downside is the noise — the hallways can get quite loud, especially early in the morning as other guests come and go. Some better sound insulation would make a big difference.

    Great boutique type hotel. Safe, on quiet street 2 blocks from Leblon beach and 1/2 block to excellent dining. Good for couples. Amazing breakfast and also 5-8 buffet with free champagne and wine included. Great location and value.

    The hotel is excellent - clean, spacious, with an excellent breakfast, and great complimentary happy hour. It is also located two blocks from the beach and one to two blocks from many restaurants, stores, and bars (Fratelli - a very good Italian restaurant - is located half block away). There is no ocean views and the pool and gym are pretty basic. One feature I like a lot about the hotel is the availability of connected suites for families (one larger room with a king size bed and a second with two twins). The two connected rooms have a private foyer that can be locked. The hotel worked so well for us that we have already stayed there twice.

    Booked a junior suite, got in late with my 7 yr old and went straight to bed. The next morning we discover the toilet is broken. Unusable. We immediately asked for our room to be switched. The front desk said they’d find a solution for us. Checked in every hour— and was told some form of ‘it’s almost ready’ until checkout.     Awesome hotel in Leblon

    Really liked this hotel. Desk staff was friendly and on point. Dining room servers were pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and unobtrusive. We upgraded to street balcony room and loved the canopy of trees.Area was splendid with food and shopping and one block from the beach. Location can not be beat. Took subway to Copa and Ipanema. Breakfast and happy hour food is excellent. Do not hesitate.
