    I just spent 3 nights here. From the minute my wife and I walked in, we became part of the Riale family.First contact was Andre at the front desk. He was so nice and extremely helpful. He spoke perfect English and helped us in so many ways. The other two staff from the front desk, Pablo and Christian, were just as helpful.What a tremendous staff. I also want to mention the bell captain Adejoan.He was always there to help us with requests.The hotel itself is excellent with a tremendous breakfast to match.The location is less than 2 blocks from Cooacabana Beach.Thank you Riale and we miss you already.     The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from Copacabana beach. The rooms were large and comfortable and the breakfast was great. But most of all the staff were excellent especially Adejoan, Carla, Dilermando,Cesar and Andre. I had an accident out of the hotel and needed a hospital and the staff went out of their way to assist with information and during the rest of the stay. Would definitely recommend and return!     I had a wonderful time! Everyone was very kind and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was lovely as well. Location is perfect. Would recommend to anyone going to rio!
