    Hotel in general was okay, but a bit undermaintained with a creaky elevator I was afraid I'd never leave. The hotel staff were rather lazy at keeping the food service area clean. The laundry service (which is external of the hotel) is ridiculously expensive.     Extremelly bad services very unprofessional and doesn't honor the booking

    I've booked two triple bed room in order to accommodate two children under 11 years old and one adult per room with more than a month advance. On the checkin day, I've called the front desk and identify my self and the reservation to make sure it will all right.A couple of hours later I've arrived to checkin and for my surprise there's no triple bed room available!!! Front desk offered four double room instead but how to accommodate two adults and four children there? So the front desk man went up and prepared the supposed triple bedroom. After 40 min waiting, both rooms were ready, however...Not enough towels, damaged bed sheet, and one bed was kind of mobile one very uncomfortable. I don't recommend it, if you have a chance try other options. Don't stay there.Another family (they were a couple) stayed on double room and a lot of problems being reported by them.Very unprofessional and they don't honor the booking done even if you call them to make sure it's all right.     Amazing hotel. Very good for its price. Great quality and service. Great mall literally steps away... Restaurant is very good downstairs, service was exceptional and everything in the hotel is brand new !     How is it possible to be so unprofessional

    I stayed here before after the Hotel had newly opened as it was convenient for my work. I have returned and am in shock, various sites rate this hotel as 4 Star, it deserves 2 at most.I booked a double Bedded room and was given 3 children's single beds. They supply a kettle but no coffee or tea, plenty of sugar though.I came to the restaurant, asked for the wine list and told no wines in the hotel, also no spirits but they have some bottles of beer one type.This is incredible, my work here is for 5 days but I will check out after one day and find a hotel which functions.Shame on you Tulip, BHG group Vitor N, Gerente geral at Tulip Inn Itaguai, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thanks for your feedback.     No warm water available

    New hotel located close to several industries. Not to many otters hotels around.Bathroom, shower area could be better cleaned.There is a restaurant and basic breakfast.Also a small Mall in a 3-5 minutes walking distance.Huge inconvenience during my one night stay: no warm water available during the evening and in the morning.
