    We had a good experience staying here. Yes the hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean, the spa facilities were great! There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were clean & fabulous to use after a days skiing. The pool always had someone in attendance. It was never too busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. 5 mins Walking distance to the old town & about 13 to the slopes. Or there is a regular shuttle bus there and back. Overall good value for money.

    This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it may have been in the past but this is not the case anymore. However we did not expect a 4star hotel either way especially for the price we gave. Room was clean breakfast and dinner was good and the pool was okay. Nothing to blow you out of your mind. The only bad thing was the mattress of the bed. It was really hard and I barely got any sleep but this may be a personal preference. Don’t expect anything too much.

    Rare to be in such a bad hotel .... so dirty, so old, so uncomfortable and with such uncaring and rude staff ... you won't believe how miserable sleep on such old mattresses .. I think the 105€ we paid was too much money for such wretched accommodation ... never again …

    Not satisfied.The hotel is not a 4* hotel anymore.It may have been in the past, but it seems neglected as in the bathroom the bathtub from the shower was cracked, the wallpaper in the room has started to peel off from the corners.Also the matress of the bed has stains on it.(photos regarding the mentioned above attached in this comment).We didn't have bathrobes in the room as they told us, so we had to ask for them, and also the ash tray found on the balcony was full of smoked ciggarettes.The water from the swimming pool supposed to be warm, but in the first day when we arrived it was very cold even if they assured us it's warm.We told the staff several times that the pool had cold water...they made it a little bit warmer only for two days and afterwards it was cold again.For the sauna we hadn't had with what to pour water on it as the vessel for the water was missing; also we had to tell them every day to turn it on because it was turned off even if the program of the spa started from 09h00 am to 09h00 pm. Also in the last 2 days the sauna had a bad smell as if someone had peed in it.The breakfast was good though.The hallway between the swimming pool and the sauna wasn't heated and it was very cold when we where passing from the swimming pool to go to the sauna area.The majority of the staff doesn't know English and it is very hard to talk to them. The last night of stay we asked at the reception for toilet paper and they said as if they don't have any: "no, no" (not sure if they really understood 'cause he didn't seem to speak or understand English).For a 4* hotel everyone of the staff should be able to speak and understand English. On checkout we tried to explain them that we were unsatisfied and they treated the situation with bad attitude as if it was our fault that they don't have the proper conditions for a 4* hotel.

    I stayed there 4 days with my family. Location was very good in the cener. Spa old with mo rinovation and cold. There were no towels for spa and when i asked they barely brought that to me and said the loundary didnt came that day. The staff not very friendly.
