Location

This hotel is conveniently located for transport connections on the arterial road in the direction of Sofia and only 5 minutes by car from the city centre of Burgas. Both the main railway station and the coast of the Black Sea can be reached in around 10 minutes, while the football stadium of the city is situated directly next to the hotel. It is around 10 km to Burgas airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 89 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom.     Avoid this Hotel - Worst customer service

    We recently stayed at Aqua Hotel in Bulgaria as a family. The rooms were quite nice and the location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Basic amenities like drinking water were not provided in the rooms, and when we requested it over the phone, we were told to get it from outside the hotel—which was quite shocking for a hotel of this standard. Also the cleaning lady never changed towels, cups and toilet papers were not provided. We called to the reception but nothing done.The worst part of our experience was the parking. The hotel has very limited parking space, and guests are charged 12 BGN per day for it. This added cost and inconvenience made our stay less comfortable than expected.Overall, while the rooms and location were satisfactory, the poor service and parking situation would make us think twice before booking again.

    The worst customer service in a hotel in my life, no AC in any room!

    The worst customer service on a hotel's reception that I ever seen in my life.Non-professional woman showed all kinds of disrespect and discrimination by nation. Knowing I'm Ukrainian she refused to speak English at some point and told me that I must know Bulgarian (which I barely understand but trying to learn in a free time). She doesn't even know what the customer service is, she should be ashamed to come at work without any skills except that she's barely speaking English, but only when she wants.The main issue why the conflict took place was the absence of AC in all rooms in the hotel. They have only central heating that cannot be regulated. The first room's temperature was 30C degrees. Second one was 26C degrees, still impossible to breathe, you feel like in sauna.They refused to make a refund at any point, however they obligated to do so by law.Hopefully elderly woman came out and showed us another room that was 22C degrees and we were able to breathe.RoomsHot, no air, no ACNearby activitiesJacuzzi is working only 50% but they still charge 20BGN for that

    I can't believe that after so many bad reviews this place was as bad as it is described. I should have looked up here so I can be prepared. Firstly, you are asked to pay for the parking lot.... Secondly - they don't give you second key- you should live it at the reception, which not that bad, but it is absurd not to have 2 keys for a room. There is no place to put your towel or swimsuit if you decide to visit the SPA or the pool. So, if you stay there for more then one night you should wear more swimsuits.... At least they change the towels... There is no balcony at ANY of the rooms. The place is far, far, far away from the sea. I don't recommend it even for one night. The people in Burgas all know that this place is awful... And I can't understand why the management is not taking any measurements... Just don't go there....

    Me and my wife was sent here after our plan was cancelled by tui with a group of people from our flight and can I say it was the worst experience of my life from a hotel we were homophobicly abused by one of the receptionist, our room was disgusting stains all over the floor, we have been bitten all over from the sheets, our bathroom flooded and it smelt so bad. The people who were on the flight with us had a trashed room as they walked in, people in beds as they walked in their room,stains of urine on sheets and not enough beds in rooms for family's. As one of the people went down from our flight in the morning they seen all our passports just left out on the desk for anyone to take. Never ever will I ever stop there and I hope noone pays to stop here for the sake of them.

    We were a family of 8 who had unfortunately been delayed and were placed in this hotel. As we opened the door to 1 of our rooms we were greeted with the view of what you can see in the picture posted. Dirty sheets, unmade beds,rubbish on floor,carpets were sticky and a very musty smell. The room we exchanged for was slightly, very slightly better. I managed 1 hours sleep sitting in a chair. This hotel is the worse 1 I have ever encountered in person and even ever seen on the TV. I feel sorry for anyone that has ever paid money to stay there. DO NOT ever book to stay there even if they offer the room for free. The best thing for this place is to get a wrecking ball and smash it down.
