Shocking
11 Jul 2025
I literally don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel. Rude, unclean, food quality is shocking, we are all inclusive but only can get drinks certain times of the day. Having to go to the market to get drinks. We put do not disturb sign on door and maid went into our room anyway and just changed the bin? Pointless. I paid for an apartment for 4 of us and I’m stuck in a room with 3 beds and a broken pull out single sofa bed thing. Been here 1 day and already want to go home. Sunny beach shops and the beach is lovely. It’s about 15-20 minutes walk from this hotel. Not the best for disabled, they have a lift but the safety around hotel like big holes in floors is dangerous, no hand rails around pool and or wheel chair access. Most sun loungers are snapped. Food isnt the greatest, not a lot of options. They can’t understand a word of English. Only decent thing about the hotel is the life guard he’s really outgoing.

The worst hotel I've ever been to
08 Jul 2024
Where do I start...The rooms were dirty. They don't clean them regularly. In rooms for 2 people they put 3! They don't have a lamp, the wall paint is peeling, the AC drips on the 3rd person's face. The food is literally toxic. Most of felt bad after it and had bellyaches. The potatoes had green-ish oil around them! The armchair for the 3rd person is broken. Not enough contacts in the room. There's literally only one that works and the other one is needed for the TV. The pool was dirty. No privacy. The other room told us they can hear us breathing Pros: The WI-FI was good and the staff was very nice. Cheers to the night guard who gave us a helping hand when we didn't have a can opener! pc: FIGHT FOR THE FORKS!!!

Where do you start with Hotel Bohemi
17 Jun 2024
Well where do I start with this HotelI think I will start with the good points which are Vladimir Jenny and Valentina they go above and beyond for you and can't help enough.Rest of review Iva the manager is aggressively rude and un helpful. The majority of the resturant staff such as sergei hide behind not speaking English. But mostly have a more than basic understanding.I saw him square up to a guest who questioned the quality of the food.Food was very repetitive such as chicken and potatoes and porkPeople were just stampeedung to the food like scavengers and using hands when couldn't get serving utensils which were always present.Bed were only made when I informed Jenny on reception chamber maid would attempt to recycle towels by airing on the balcony and putting back in the bathroom rather than replacing.I met two ladies one was a diabetic and the other suffered kidney problems who highlighted the lack of sugar free soft drink options They had to pay for sugar free alternatives at the bar.The soft drinks were always running out of syrup and the water in the coffee machine was always running out.You only have a choice of a few local spirits and beer on all inclusive. There was no entertainment no phone or safe in room The lift took forever for the doors to close.Children were left on own in and near the pool and service road all ages from toddlers to teens 1 teen frequently walked around the hotel with an open flick knife in his hand.Which was a terrifying experience for many guests. There is no music in reception or pool area. The reception has ripped leather sofas which need replacing and they need to pull out the sofas for cleaning. The pool was not cleaned once in the 10 days I suffered this hotel.Sun loungers are dated and damaged. For a vast majority of the time the pool was unusable due to unruly teenagers not that we would want to go in ot anyway with it not being cleaned.I would give this hotel a one star rating not the 3 star it has

Worst eperience ever
30 Jun 2023
The food was horrible. The same food every day, old, I even found mold on some bakery products. Being pregnant, I didn't even have the confidence to eat anything other than bread and soup. The food was a dish of all kinds of vegetables with a few pieces of meat that ended very quickly. Cut vegetables that were dry. In the first instance, there were only sliced apples and oranges for dessert and two kinds of cakes that were old. Everyone complained about the food. At breakfast there was no milk at all for the first 4 days, although there was cereal, the staff saying that "the guests consumed it all" and then bringing two thermoses of cold milk. The morning sausage was stale, or had been cut for a long time and was dry, with a sickly appearance. The fried potatoes they brought along with nuggets and other fast food products were beyond criticism, tasteless, dry, etc. A food so tasteless that you could say it was cooked that way only on purpose. The room was horrible too. I got a room on the 4th floor, with a balcony whose plaster was about to fall, two plastic chairs, only 3 sockets in the whole room (including the two from the TV and receiver). The sockets were not next to the bed, but on the other side of the room. The bathroom. No shower cabin, but practically you had to squeeze yourself next to the toilet to wash yourself. A bathroom of no more than 2 m2, in which you could not leave anything when you showered because everything would get wet. Starting with the 3rd day, we stopped haveing hot water and then water at all. I would like to point out that I purchased the most expensive room, marked as having 20 square meters, that later on booking after we checked in, we saw that it was actually only 14 square meters. We paid for it 638€ for 8 nights from 18 to 26th June. Relative cleanliness. New bedding, but the blankets that did not have bedding were full of urine and blood stains. The outdated and dilapidated appearance of the so-called "hotel" eclipses in any case anything that could have been understood as cleanliness. The desolate swimming pool, a few sunbeds and umbrellas, the classic appearance of an abandoned guesthouse by the Black Sea. The muddy terrace, with a broken awning, which when it rained practically protected only 3-4 tables of water. Insufficient seats when the hotel was full. Wooden benches on which you could not sit for more than 20 minutes without your back hurting. But what cannot be contained in images or words was the so-called "manager". A woman of about 40 years old, blonde and with relatively long hair, hateful and extremely rude. I had to describe her because when I asked her her name she told me that she is not obliged to tell me her name, a sign that she knows her job as well as what a 3-star hotel means. I approached it together with my extremely polite husband, we didn't want to cause a scandal or attract attention in an unpleasant way, we were even very understanding, still looking for excuses for what happened to us. I explained the water problem to her, she quickly found an excuse that the solar panels were to blame, thereby avoiding any responsibility or solution. I told her about the problem with the food, I told her that I was pregnant and that I had real concerns about the conformity of the food. They said that they use catering services, that the food is fresh and that she saw me eating anyway. (It should be noted that behind her is the kitchen with professional equipment, stoves, ovens, etc.) So again she deflected any responsibility she should have assumed, and even more, she tried to blame me, when the vast majority of the guests were dissatisfied with the food. I told her about the conditions we were expecting and for which we paid, I told her about the bathroom and what we were supposed to get, and she avoided the subject saying that she would look at the room I booked later because she was bussy , although I told her that I can show her the reservation on booking. She started to become extremely rude, she started to deny that she is manager (I found out later that she was the one responsible in the absence of the manager with whom we did not manage to discuss even until the last day), she blamed us and she practically interrupted the discussion without offering us an apology or a solution. In the meantime, I contacted booking, who I assume contacted the unit, and the next day the manager also came, but sent the same blonde woman to communicate with us. In the morning we wanted to go to the beach, they told us that they were changing our room, and my husband told her to discuss when we return because we did not go on vacation so that the hotel staff would make our schedule. When we returned, the manager with whom we had not spoken at all was no longer there and the blonde woman resumed her attitude of extreme rudeness and told us that in the morning we did not want the room and canceled, when in fact, what my husband had told her, is that we want to talk after we come from the beach. We told us that we lie but in the end, they gave us another room on the 2nd floor. With a spacious bathroom and a balcony that didn't look like it was going to collapse. I found the same beds full of urine and blood in the new room. After wasting another 45 minutes moving from one room to another, we went to the beach again, only to find later, when we returned to the room, that the air conditioner was not working. That is, it worked but only for a few tens of minutes and stopped. I went to the settings, changed, reprogrammed everything that could be done on the remote control and I thought the problem was solved. At night, instead, we suffocated in the heat of the room, the AC stopped every 20 min. It was probably 30 degrees in the room, although it was cool in the hallway and outside. We had to wake up every hour, the next day again losing many hours sleeping, because of the problem at the hotel. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is that I called all the numbers shown on the booking and no one answered. I also called the number from which I was contacted by the people at the reception. Therefore, regardless of what happens in the hotel, you have no one to turn to. The next day I reported the problem, they blamed me for not knowing how to set the AC, they sent someone to solve the situation so that when I returned I would report that even after the intervention of the "AC specialists", it was still not working. I tried to report the problem again, but in order to report a problem, you had to talk to the blonde manager who could only be found when she wanted. So, I continued to sleep for 3 nights, with the window open and the AC broken in the noise of the engine revving all night. I forgot to specify that the walls were so thin that when someone was talking in the next room you had the feeling that they were in the room with you. Same thing with snoring. When the upstairs neighbor drew the water, it sounded so loud that someone drew the water in our room.I tried to ask for at least part of the money back, because I spent a lot of money eating in the city, but in vain. They didn't even want to hear it, and the people from booking didn't solve anything about it. There was no reward, apology or solution. It was the worst experience I've had in my life, and not because I'm picky, because I'm not, but because of the incompetent staff and the lack of solving extremely serious problems. That place is a health hazard

Terrible place
15 Aug 2022
From where I start and where to finish! The rooms are terrible, the bathrooms are terrible as well, with no glass to stop the water from poring on the toilet. The bathtab is on the same level as the toilet's floor so everything becomes a mess when you are taking a shower. There is no fridge in the rooms. Pieces of the wall come down if you touch the walls. Now on the food. Waiters are not respectful to people. When the food is empty the don't go to refill it. When we asked them tk clean the table so we can have a sit ( all tables were dirty) they asked us "which one?" . Also they don't have enough soft drinks!!! There are dirty sheets in the rooms, under the tv table which are not ours!!! A/C has rubbish inside (plastic bags and bags from chewing gums.Pool is dirty, reception is dirty, and the breakfast is very limited!!!! Not to mention that i booked the hotel from booking and the photos that they have there are not reflected to the truth. Its the most disgusting place i jave ever visited !!!
