    Expensive as we paid for a meal we didn’t get

    Superb location for train and bus station, shops, bars and beach. Rooms a reasonable size, fridge, kettle etcBed was hard. Noise from other guests like toilets flushing, thin wallsOn check in we requested breakfast to go at 630 as we had a train to catch, but this did not materialise so we left for a 4 hour train journey with no food which we had paid for. The hotel responded to my complaint re this with I should have asked earlier (ie before 12.30), check in is 3?! So how’s that possible and that the food was ready by 640, no good when you need to be at the train station by then!

    Comparing whit my previous experiences, staying in this hotel really feels like you never went out from home, the atmosphere is comfortable and familiar, I can't wait to come back again. Special regards for room staff, beautiful people. 5stars.

    Good hotel, probably one of the best in Bourgas, but expensive

    Descent hotel in the center of Bourgas. Walking.distance from the pedestrian central street, nice rooms and good service. Breakfast and finding a parking place was not meeting our expectations.The view from the restaurant during the breakfast was super relaxing.

    Beautiful, central boutique hotel. Staff are very accommodating and really add to the homely atmosphere. Very central for a city break to explore Burgas. I stayed here for a short city break with my husband and we were very impressed. Breakfast had lots of options a beautiful terrace to enjoy coffee and the city views.

    It was my second time trying this hotel for Business. It is a small hotel with small and clean rooms but you feel at home.Warm welcoming reception that you fill they are waiting for you. Electric kettle is available in the room.
