This 4-star beach hotel was renovated in 2024. 21 suites, 16 studios and 328 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services and facilities include a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and 2 conference rooms. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. There are a number of shops as well. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (for a fee) (subject to availability).

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a sofa bed. Extra comforts include a refrigerator. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a lobby bar. Catering is provided by 3 buffet and à-la-carte restaurants (with high chairs for children). All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. At breakfast (early riser and late riser), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the lavish buffet or order a set menu (for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

Not a very good verity of food and what was there was cold Breakfast was the best meal of the day for me No tea or coffee served in restaurant after breakfast though you could have one at the bar but it was a mouth full if that

Stayed here for two weeks with another couple. I read a few reviews after booking and got a little worried, however some were true and some exaggerated.Here is a lot of bad points first:One or two restaurant items were either cold or luke worm. One day the beans were straight out of the fridge. I went and complained to cooking staff immediately.The beds weren't done nicely. We do better at home.Some reception staff look a bit miserable, however they did help a couple of times.No free water in roomsNow the good points:Bar staff in lounge were really friendly and welcoming. Photos added.Generally the food was nice and fair choice.Good room was given on request as one guest had walking difficulty.Rooms and shower was nice.I would stay there again though.

Great hotel. Lovely room. Very clean. Housekeeping excellent and very friendly. A big shout out to our cleaners. We were in room 412. All staff friendly. Plenty beds around the pool but a bit cramped. Umbrellas didn't shade the sun as they were fixed into the ground and were unable to move. Didn't go into pool as too cold. Indoor pool OK but could of done with a clean. We had a sauna which was very nice. Food was lovely and plentiful but always cold which was a shame but we used the microwave which helped. There are 2 restaurants and a snack area but only 1 microwave in main dining area. Could do with a microwave in the other 2 areas and that would be a bonus. Drinks were good and plentiful. WiFi was strong in the room but we couldn't get it round the pool or in the bar area. Reception manager said they were looking into the problem. There is a gate from eating/drinking area that is locked at certain times and would benefit from being open all the time as it gives more space for people to sit and relax. One afternoon we were told it was closing and had to be moved on to the terrace bar. We had a glass each with our drinks in and were told we couldn't take them only yards to the next set of seats as it was glass. We left the glasses and went to the bar (yards away) and were given our drinks in glasses lol. We couldn't believe it. Not much going on at night although I believe some entertainment was down in a room below which we didn't go to. The animation girls worked really hard day and night. Well done girls. Overall a nice stay and we would definitely return to marvel hotel.

Hotel it's self is clean and well maintained, wouldn't believe it was refurbished last year!!!! The location for the beach is top notch.The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Cleaning crews reception staff and entertainment staff are fantastic. Now the kicker the restaurant,the staff are miserable not a smile among them at all the suppose hot food was either luke room or stone cold when this was brought to their attention I was told to use the microwave to warm it. When I did manage to find a cold piece of pizza I hadn't even finished chewing before the plate was whisked away. The food was very same same day in day out and it seems the hotel was serving leftovers from lunch time as it was the last week before closing for winter. If this was bed and breakfast I would give it 3 stars but as all inclusive 0 stars, knock a quater off the price so you could eat out and them it would be worth a visit.

Check‑in was smooth, with a cold cheeseburger welcome pack — the kind of culinary curveball that sets the tone nicely.Rooms are spotless, housekeeping faultless. You could perform surgery on the bathroom floor, though I wouldn’t recommend it. The WiFi is excellent — fast, reliable, and strong enough to stream, scroll, or send questionable spa selfies without a hitch.Food? Lukewarm and repetitive. Themed nights are a triumph of optimism over execution — “Greek Night” had me wondering if the chef thinks feta is a type of pasta.The spa is part wellness, part psychological experiment. A tale of mesh underwear and a “Journey to Thailand” involved fish nibbling my feet and a massage in a room that screamed “post‑op recovery.” The hotel design team didn’t get this far down the corridor sadly. Poolside bed wars begin at dawn, but there’s plenty to go around. The beach is vast, with free hotel sunbeds parked in front of the Majestic Hotel. Beach/pool towels are 30 lev / €15 refundable. Bar’s classy, staff efficient, entertainment cheerful. Reception staff respond well to basic human warmth.Location’s ideal — Sunny Beach centre is a flat, easy stroll.Verdict: Clean, modern, and mostly competent — with occasional lapses into culinary confusion and spa surrealism. Not perfect, but perfectly memorable.
