    Friendly, helpful but food wasn't particularly good and room cleaning although visited most days, beds not changed until the 9th day of a 10day stay. Entertainment not good, but bar staff, (pay bar) very friendly and helpful. Would I return? Prob not half board but B&B possibly. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom very compact for the bigger person and although the shower was excellent the floor was very slippery and needs a rubber mat possibly. But all in all, an enjoyable stay.

    The cleaners leave a lot to be desired, room not cleaned for days, toilets down stairs stink the high heaven and some of the staff are rude and one of the cleaners on our floor (7) shouted at my husband 'i don't care' when he asked for clean towels, most of the food is cold too, won't be staying again I'm afraid

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Disgusting, Unsafe, and Misleading Hotel​My recent stay at this hotel was, without exaggeration, the worst travel experience of my life. The hotel is nowhere near the advertised standard; the images and 4-star rating are entirely misleading. A 1-2 star rating would be generous. This hotel is not only disgustingly filthy but also poses serious safety and service concerns.

    This is our favourite hotel in Sunny Beach, been many times before, we stop half board. Meals are very nice, with plenty of choice on evening meals. It does annoy me when I read the reviews, about breakfast as boring, everything is there, from a cooked breakfast, to yoghurts, cereals, fruit, pancakes, waffles, tea coffee and cold drinks.Again all with friendly staff. Lovely large rooms with TV fridge and balcony.

    Average hotel could easily be so much better. We travelled as a family of 4. The room was so much bigger than I expected and plenty of room for the limited time we sent in there. It could be so much better if they upped the cleaning standards. Nothing was cleaned all week the floors had a light sweep but that was about it. Clean towels every day but never enough left for the four of us. House keeping came at 8am every day and getting kids up ready and out by that time on holiday is nit possible. It would help to change the order they clean the rooms to stop this. For me the cleanliness would massively improve the rating. The food was good with lots of options if you have a varied taste. Location is good. Reception was helpful when needed. Although over heard one receptionist with a very negative attitude if you dont want to work in customer service do something else. I’m glad we were half board the price for all inclusive is not worth is when you can get a small beer for 3 Lev from the hotel bar. I wouldn’t return to this hotel but the price we paid last minute it was adequate, not as bad as I was expecting from the reviews. Think 3 star rather than 4.
