Location

This appealing hotel is situated on the main road in the resort of Sunny Beach. The beach is only some 150 m and links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs can be found approximately 200 m from the hotel and it is 500 m to the nearest nightclub.

Facility

The hotel has 4 suites and 25 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a playroom and a library. Rooms

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing.     Location is fantastic, SOME of the staff were amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful however its not very clean. The rooms have some fab amenities such as free air con and a safe. They provide a kettle but inside ours was all chalky and flaky. The food is not really catered for the English although I managed to eat something even if it was just pasta and salad. The hygiene standards aren't great. The juice containers look they haven't been cleaned since they were purchased. The rooms are surface clean but behind the scenes (under the beds, showers, etc) it was grim. The sunbeds are KNACKERED and DANGEROUS. my friend was injured and it could have been quite serious. The pool is a good size but is in the shade from late afternoon. We loved that it was so close to the beach. Cacao beach is absolutely stunning. Watch out for the nudist area 😂 It states it is 4* but its more of a 2* priced as a 4*. The bar closes at 10pm! You can buy a beer from the lobby bar but its all warm. George and Lubo are top class guys (Front Desk and security )and they should be running the show. It needs some money spending on it as its got potential to be amazing but as it is, I wouldn't return here, to this hotel. We just came back 5 days ago.

    I was looking forward to staying at this hotel as the pictures were stunning, not the case im afraid, the staff are miserable except for 1 member george, the food well if you like flys on your food great, but the food was pretty much the same everyday nothing is labelled to say what you are eating. The bar closes at 10pm and that's it we spent our time out of the hotel as it was very depressing, given wrong room on arrival proper room wasn't much better. Hotel Regatta Palace, Owner at Hotel Regatta Palace, responded to this review Too bad Karren!I'm sorry, but everywhere All Inclusive bars have working hours. From 10 am to 10 pm is 12 hours of working hours and it's enough to drink on a stomach, how much more do you want to drink? What did you understand from the hotel when you were terribly drunk 95% of the time. We also have a lobby bar after 10 pm, but it is paid, which is also normal, everywhere where there is All Inclusive food there is also a paid bar that wants to order something other than the All Inclusive drinks, but you didn't buy anything from there. Why?The photos that we have distributed and what is real do not differ at all. We have changes in the lobby, which we rebranded this spring and next year we will put them in too, because it has become nicer - commented on by all visitors to the hotel.At first we gave you a better room, with a sea view, thinking that you had mistaken it for a studio. The studios overlook the neighboring hotel and are ordered by families with children and are one large room with more places to stay, so that it is cheaper for the family, and so that they can be together.At the same time, there were other English people and they really liked the varied food on the Bulgarian menu, because they can eat the rest in England, and here they want something meaty. It's just that when you are drunk you can't always distinguish tastes and foods, and there are always inscriptions, you just don't notice the small signs.Too bad Karren!

    This is definitely not a 4 star hotel,room good size and decent. Food all same every day for 4 days and very poor, not much to choose from.Drinks also very poor quality and choice,coffee horrible and cleanliness around coffee machine,milk jug(chipped badly) toasters dirty I would not recommend this,staff not very friendly

    From the reception you are greeted by an old woman who looks at you with an ugly look and who I assume is the owner of the hotel. She always checks who comes in, what they do and who leaves. You have the feeling that she is guarding you. You are also afraid to ask for the room you paid for so that she doesn't argue with you. The room is spacious and it is the only good thing about this hotel. Otherwise, the lobby bar is very small, the restaurant is very small, the pool is extremely small, everything is cramped, The food is cold and you have the feeling that it is prepared two days before being served. The restaurant terrace and the pool are next to the road and often on an envelope of exhaust smoke when you sit at the table.The ground floor area, lobby bar, restaurant terrace is infected, needs to be carefully disinfected and the staff often forgets to clear the tables. The cocktails are served in small plastic cups. The road to the beach is quite long. We do not recommend this hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. The most unpleasant thing is that for the fitness room and for the last lunch this old owner asked for money Although in the booking offer they are included in the price. Although we are accommodated as three people, at check-in we were given only one card and we could not leave our phones in the room to charge, probably because the two elderly owners were afraid that we would use the air conditioning unnecessarily. The staff other than the owner at the reception is kind if they receive tips.

    Irish, loved our stay here, my daughter and I had and amazing time. Room was modern and very clean, cleaners everyday, no kids entertainment, 🥲bus stop to central sunny beach located outside the hotel couldnt be more convenient for travel around Bulgaria. Excellent location. People with children please be advised in bus to stop caocao beach to the left it’s a nude beach 🙈
