Cozy small hotel. Our room was looking towards the pleasant silent garden around the pool. Good location. Very clean in the room and around. The staff is extremely polite and helpful.Breakfast was tasty and sufficient.

Worst hotel I've stayed in booked through Balkan Holidays.

The plus side of the Yunona is the location. Close to beach, Flower Street. The Mall ???? Facing not many shops are open most are empty. Arrived late at hotel, pulled beds apart the mess found under the beds was appalling. Cleaners obviously do not move furniture to clean. Electrical sockets hanging off walls. Food not very nice, hot food was always cold no matter what time you went into the restaurant to eat. Roast Chicken served lunch and evening meal every day. Ate out most days due to same foods (cold meant to be hot) Never saw food being probed for core temp. On one occasion before I could scrape my plate staff member told me No No No promptly removed my plate from my hand returning my left overs to the kitchen to be put back out for someone else to eat. Ate out after this as I wasn't sure if I was eating someone else's left overs. Pool area would be nice if the leaves was removed from the water vents. This was never done while we was there. Reception staff well one of the females was friendly just the one. Bar man tried his best. Snacks lack of imagination small trays of bite sized biscuits daily, twice a day. Which didn't last long. All in all the all inclusive package at this hotel is not very good worst Balkan Holiday Hotel that I have ever stayed in. Will not be going back to the Yunona.

    Please go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

This is my first review as I feel the need to advise people to avoid at all costs here are a few reasons why, sorry if it drags on a bit.We travelled to this hotel as a party of 12 mates mostly all in our mid to late 50s who have been on several holidays together, we will put up with quite a bit as we are quite easy going but this hotel was something else even as we got off the bus it looked miserable with only part of the name lit up and a horrible chicken wire fence. STAFFWhere do you start from the cleaners and reception staff who were so nice and polite to the bar and restaurant staff here are a two words to describe themRUDEATTUTUDE Its like they have been employed to make your stay as miserable as possible and if they have well then they are doing a great job but if they have been employed to make your stay great then note to hotel (Get new staff for 2025)The bar staff spend all their time on their phones and serving you is just an annoyance and it shows. The restaurant staff well they just don't want to be there, try and enter 1 minute before service.......WOW just WOW they take getting you out to another level.ROOMSAir-Con didn't work in our room to rectify it a man came to our room punched it a couple of times gave us the thumbs up and left after a couple of the same attempts we decided just sleep with the window open and mosquito next closed, didn't matter they were already in along with whatever else lurked in the night(7 days later I am still suffering from the bites inflicted on me by Bulgaria's finest insects).Beds bought as a job lot from the old BBC drama Tenko, 12" from the floor how on earth are you supposed to get out of them on a morning!!!Bedding was never changed in a week although in our room towels were changed every day some of my friends never had them changed they had to resort to raiding the cleaners trollies.Bathroom nice clean and a good shower only good part.Balcony small but worst thing was the trees growing right in front of it giving you no view whatsoever, good take off point for the mossies though.FOOD/CANTEEN (couldn't call it a restaurant)Stampede first thing for food that is cold because its put out 30 minutes before opening (just wait 30 minutes if you want it warm) but at best it will only ever be warm.Choice is very limited to four/five choices with an accompaniment of chips (these were amazing really good) or rice, If you like roast chicken thighs then good they will be on at least once if not twice a day. The salad bar is just a tray of lettuce with either tomato or sweetcorn in it.Breakfast consisted of hot dog sausage three ways small, large or cheese covered.and egg scrambled boiled and fried along with eggy bread. If you want toast pre-Order now for 2025 the only 4 slice toaster for the full canteen takes forever I just gave up and ate breakfast out.The poolside snack consisted of ice cream and a ginger nut biscuit!!POOL This was OK as there wasn't ever many people around it so could always get a decent lounger although it could do with a good clean and a handrail on the steps in and out.If I have missed anything out apologies I'm still probably trying to block out the memories. If you are looking at this hotel for 2025 just look elsewhere it has to be the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in, you will certainly find much better elsewhere especially if you want all-inclusive, this was all-inclusive in name only.

    Worst Hotel

    rating10 Sept 2024

Must be the worst hotel in Sunny Beach. Supposed to be all inclusive, food was terrible 1 coffee machine in the dining room to accommodate all guests. Rooms dark and dingy balcony's very small and dirty.Pool looks lovely don't be deceived we stayed here for 2weeks never saw the pool being cleaned, sunbeds it was a fight to get one that wasnt broken pool area covered in ants. Went to the lovely beach every day and never ate in the hotel. Staff were rude and not very helpful. One day they even shut the bar to let the staff have lunch, it was opened again very quickly as the reception had so many complaints. My recommendation do not book this hotel it is awful.
