    Meh

    rating24 May 2026

So I have mixed reviews around this hotel and I’m super confused on the amazing reviews. I’ve been here a week and came with my partner and my son was supposed to come aged 8 but ended up staying with family and tbh I’m kinda glad he didn’t come. They didn’t seem to do too much with the kids and the night time entertainment was pretty repetitive too from what we seen. The food wasn’t great either. It started quite awful but slowly got better. But still can’t say it was good other than like one thing. There wasn’t much of a variety at lunch or dinner. One night we had chicken curry and the chicken was raw and our neighbours in the hotel were served raw chicken wings. And if you didn’t like the food they made the only other choice you had was pasta and tomato sauce (not even a bolognese) and chips and nuggets. We ate out most of the time due to this. The drinks were okay some decent stuff to be fair and one thing I found strange is all other all inclusive I’ve ever been too you are able to self serve your drinks that are not alcohol. You couldn’t self serve yourself a soft drink and had to wait for plenty of other people to finish ordering. The other problem too was there is very little communal bathrooms and sometimes it can be a very long wait to use the toilet unless you continuously go to your room. Some staff were super friendly and some weren’t very welcoming at all. Same as the locals. The animation staff for the children did a dance next to the pool and they looked depressed to say the least. The hotel was nice but I seriously wouldn’t say 4*. The rest of sunny beach we absolutely loved and had the best time and we would return just not to this hotel

Pleasant family holiday for dad and kids

    rating22 May 2026

So where to begin…Me and my 2 teens arrived late hours of the 15/5/26, we checked in and was shown to our room much to our shock 2 single beds and a little fold out bed that didnt hold me or my son. The 1st night we didnt care we had been traveling majority of the day and night so needed to get our heads down. Next morning goes to reception to ask for a bigger room as it was too small and no privacy for my 16 year old daughter to get dressed without standing in the tiny shower/toilet. Had a pleasant conversation with a lovely young lady who checked to see what rooms they had available. 30 mins later she came to me with a solution a larger room with 2 bedrooms and a bigger bathroom. This upgrade cost me €300 for 6 nights bigger room with pool view happy i had to accept that so the trip was comfortable for all. The location is fantastic being 200m away from the beautiful beach and at the start of all the shops and bars which we took full advantage of on a daily basis. The atmosphere in the hotel was cery relaxed no hustle and bustle no lining up 10 deep at the bar which all the staff are cery polite and always greeted us with a smile. This is defo a cheap family holiday resort and we enjoyed it even if the food was extremely repetitive so if you like roasted tomatoes and iffy looking pork you are ok i couldn't try the deserts as i have a nut allergy and even tho on the walls they have the usual allergen advise you never knew what anything was these need to be labeled with individual advisories but thats my only gripe. The cleaners worked endlessly to maintain the rooms bars and seating areas in and out, the pool was freezing but never stopped me daily only thing wrong with the pool was the dirty mark all round the pool which someone ordered the life guards to clean Thursday evening using a sponge and some spray which pleased me but worried me as to what could have shifted it other than industrial cleaner. So over all this holiday was a win even with a few little moans and niggles but as a tight Yorkshire man id not be happy without moaning it was quiet after 10pm on an evening with the only noise came from a neighbouring hotel or bar which shut up shortly after midnight. Also recommend anyone trying the massages out the young lady doing them is amazing and worked an ongoing injury out for me in my shoulder.

The best holiday we’ve ever had

    rating20 May 2026

We have had an amazing time here. We stayed a week and the whole Holiday has been fantastic. The hotel is immaculate. The staff have been welcoming and so accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for us. The chefs in the restaurant went out of their way to make sure my partner had an amazing meal as he has a dairy allergy. The entertainment staff make sure you’re never bored. Everyone is polite. You want for nothing to the point you don’t even have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. We will Definitely be back.

    Cleanest hotel ever!

    rating19 May 2026

Travelled as a family of 3, myself, my husband and 19 month old baby. The hotel is immaculately clean and is constantly being cleaned/maintained throughout the day/evening. Rooms serviced daily with clean towels. Housekeeping staff very friendly and thorough. Check in experience was fast and friendly. One downside was that we were told to wait for the bell boy to show us to our room, which we did and then he proceeded to wait in our room long after the bags were placed inside, awkwardly clearly waiting on a tip. I get that they make their money from tips but this was just awkward and quite cheeky in my opinion. My husband felt obliged to give him 10 euro so he would leave our room and we could settle in! The room itself was clean, and we were provided with a comfortable travel cot with bedding for the little one. One downside was storage space, not enough for all 3 of us. We ended up living out of our suitcases ad the babies things took up all of the space. Outdoor pools were too cold for the little one so we used the lovely heated indoor pool which was fab! The outdoor pool area is lovely and clean. The play park was great for the little one. She loved it! Also cleaned and maintained every day! Entertainment team were great, mini disco at 8pm was fun for little ones.Didn't see much of the evening Entertainment. All inclusive drinks were ok. Alot of gin and rum based cocktails, really sweet. If you want them in proper glasses go to lobby bar.Ice cream was yummy!Food was nice. Good options for all, however a bit samey by end of the week. Breakfast could be better from a British tourist point of view..the sausages were always in a weird tomato sauce which put me off. Cakes were unreal! Baklava to die for!! One downside, I could not see any baby changing facilities in any of the public toilets so had to go to the room to do that. (Unless I missed it somewhere) Close to the beach and supermarket.Overall a really enjoyable week in a lovely hotel.

    Bulgaria? Why not !!

    rating02 May 2026

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are nicely decorated and the food is good and plentiful.Friendly staff, very cheery and helpful. The hotel does tick all the boxes. The area itself, unfortunately, wasn't quite fully open at the time, so that was a bit of a dampener on the holiday experience.Would for sure recommend a great quiet relaxing place in a nice environment.Close to all the amenities, bus and boat to Nessebar.. that's a must, great for history and culture and food. Only a short trip away, yet a words away experience from sunny beach.Do come, it's a holiday done well!
