Location

This hotel is situated at the heart of Sunny Beach and is surrounded by many bars, restaurants, discos and shops. The sandy beach can be reached in about 700 m. Public transport links are 100 m away, and a bus stop is 1 km away, from where guests may enjoy connections to Nessebar, Sozopol, Burgas and other towns of historical interest and with good value shops. Burgas airport lies approximately 30 km away and Varna airport is 100 km from the hotel.

Facility

4 apartments, 3 studios and 20 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is on hand for guests' business and communication needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a microwave. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including beach volleyball, crazy golf, golf, archery and horse riding. Water sports available at the hotel include water skiing, windsurfing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and billiards. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous buffet awaits guests at breakfast and dinner. Alternatively, dinner can be ordered à la carte. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DEFINITELY WONT BE VISITING AGAIN

    Horrible place, definitely has been mislead and most definitely wont be visiting again. Was there for a week and not once were the bedsheets changed , towels were not changed nor the bin was changed .. NOT EVEN ONCE. There were blood stains on one of the bed sheets. When i decided to bring up the issues with one of the receptionist , my issues were met with laughter which shows true unprofessionalism. Due to dirtiness in the room , i leave the place with rashes all over my body! Do not the mistake i made with choose this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DEFINITELY WONT BE VISITING AGAIN

    Me and my friends stayed there last week there's no bar restaurant under the hotel they never made beds hardly any toilet roll and scarce on towls my friend accidentally took a towel down the beach with hers and got a right bollocking when we came to leave they wouldn't let her go till they had counted the towels 😅 wouldn't mind the towels I left were in a lot better condition absolutely horrible staff no better Julia Gencheva, Owner at Hotel Juli, responded to this review Dear Karen,Thank you for your feedback.In the post-pandemic situation, we had issues with opening the bar and restaurant.Our policy does not allow using the hotel`s towels outside of the hotel. Our staff strictly observes and complies with these rules.The staff is very kind and polite to all our guests, and all reviews show that fact.Best regards!

    This hotel as showing in picture to have pool and oustside dinning area and bar hasn’t got any of these things the front area is gone you have your room to sit on the balcony and little couch is reception. While here stayed one night and we moved hotel as wasn’t the holiday or hotel we were after. As in picture you can see no outside space as advised. Very disappointed in this hotel Julia Gencheva, Owner at Hotel Juli, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback.In the post-pandemic summer, we had issues regarding opening bars and restaurants.We apologize for that inconvenient situation.Best regards!

    Me and my boyfriend came her and let’s just say it was mad!! We were drinking every single night. Sunny dreams was amazing. Cheap drinks. Large fishbowlsHotel itself was also good. Perfect location and good breakfast x

    Came her to sunny beach me and my girlfriend with her family. But wanted to just spend time the 2 of us. Well this hotel was just perfect!Rooms were exalent the location is just beside the main strip and and the beach so everything was at our fingertips. We spend almost every night in the bar below. Felt like family, settled in with them very well. Big shout out to all the promoters that work so hard and the bar staff.
