  Rubbish won't be going to this hotel again

  Location a bit far from everything Atmosphere was none staff did not talk to you people getting in the lift before you got out rooms was not cleaned properly shower you had to hold in your hand bed only tided no clean sheets the value is rubbish at to eat and drink out every night as food was cold and not very nice pudding no selection only one sort with grapes half a banana apple drink they serve is only tea coffee beer wine and water no spirit's you had to pay for them cleanliness poor noise level was ok no entertainment on the night no toilet by the pool you have to walk round instead of cutting through the restaurant MPM Hotels, Marketing at MPM Hotel Condor, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay at MPM Hotel Condor.   The hotel location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach & supermarket, the room was adequate. Bathroom was also a wet room & the floor was lethal when wet.   The vacation is just great! The hotel is wonderful, the staff is nice, the rooms are cleaned every day - it's really cool!   When I originally booked this hotel for me and 3 of my friends the main goal was to get a cheap, all inclusive hotel with good access to the beach and nothing fancy. The reviews made me a bit nervous because even if I want it cheap, I still want to enjoy it.Within the first couple of minutes, my perception changed and I was really pleasantly surprised.Firstly, there are OBVIOUSLY some downsides or not ideal parts about this hotel. Even though, it's not an old building, it looks very basic or ordinary from the outside. It's not very big, so there aren't many things for kids around the pool except for a slide and a little climbey-thingy. Also the kid's pool isn't massive. The rooms are conventionally equipped, but I honestly still liked it. It just looked a little old is all, perfectly clean though! Also, the elevators can be frustrating, as you have to press all of them and that leads to some pretty long waiting times. The company that built them, should've just syncronised them. Also, the pool bar could be open an hour longer than 10pm in my opinion. :)But there's also upsides! Many of them, actually.First and foremost, I loved the food. The breakfast seemed catered for the Ukrainian and English guests, but honestly what variety can you do with brekfast?Lunch and Dinner were always really good, even though the buffet is quite small. But the quality is really, really good.The balconies are quite spacious. The bathrooms are nice. The beds are super comfortable.The people working in service are really friendly and eager to know about you. The 79 year old poolguard Zaro sat down with us to have some drinks and tell us about Bulgaria, the barkeepers already guess what you want to drink, the dishes get cleaned from your table faster than you can look.The area of the Condor is quite nice. You have a big supermarket closeby, the beach is 100m away from the entrance door and lots of cheap, good bars are in reach. It's also at the 'start' of the strip so it's more calm if you want to be away from all the trouble.So honestly, I don't manage to find a reason for all the bad reviews. I had a really nice 10 night stay in MPM Hotel Condor and I'd surely come back.   worst hotel ever,4 star not a chance id give it a 1 * and thats been kind

  Avoid this hotel,Honestly its the worst we have ever been in and we have been in a few 2* and 3* hotels way better than this one, in a nutshell no Atmosphere its eat and go All inclusive does not include cocktails just beer and soft drinks and you have to fight to get ice,staff are afraid to even smile,and when you have the lady manager going round like lady muck watching their every move why would they ,kids club which was advertised was a no show,food for kids was pizza and chips every day,This hotel in not for the English or Irish people, The only person who smiled and did a great job was our cleaner,plug sockets not screwed to the wall fridge not working and been a diabetic i needed the fridge,They didn't seem to want to interact with people who didn't speak their language,we were told to get up of our table twice even tho we were not finished but the table next to us was and wasn't told to leave {none speaking English } I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and as far as what i have read from other reviews from 2024 they have done nothing to change anything at all, pictures on their page for the bedrooms and food are not what you get in the hotel they were only highlighted to make it look nice, but trust me it wasn't MPM Hotels, Marketing at MPM Hotel Condor, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay at MPM Hotel Condor.
