    Very nice apartment block, great location in Vlas, easy bus routes and close to amenities. The grounds are well maintained. As a family we rented 3 separate apartments which varied in size but, none of them had a cleaner visit or change of towels the whole duration of the stay. There is an on site restaurant that serves nice food.

    This hotel experience was just awful. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet had a brown stain in it. Meanwhile the floors were extra dirty, the cleaning crew didn’t come for the first week but the next week they came twice. Also I would like to point out that the pool was so dirty and wasn’t even cleaned. The food at their restaurant was alright but the overall experience was awful.

    Safety concerns and dirty rooms

    The rooms were not being cleaned properly - the lady just mopped the floor without hoovering first. There was a bad smell in the kitchen pipe which was not taken care of. The greatest concern was safety - mains sticking out of walls with exposed cables, power cuts, scalding hot tap, which burned my arm and no supervision at night, leading to broken bottles in corridors and loads of noise.

    Great location, only 300m to the beach and just over 1km to the marina. Nice, clean big pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Garden is very neat and shrubs block the view from the street making it very private. The restaurant has a good selection of food and nice service, but food for a family of 13 was coming at different times. They did however decorated the table for my uncle's birthday.The apartments are very spacious and comfortable with enough cupboards and wardrobe spaces. The only downside is that you need to keep track if your room was cleaned or not as this is only done every 3 days. Unfortunately our bathroom wasn't cleaned in and out, just the toilet which wasn't good especially that we had no shower curtain or screen and all the water was splashing outside. Toilet paper is also something that they only seem to bring on cleaning days and there's nothing to wash your pots with. Kitchen is equipped in all essentials like pots, pan, crockery, cutlery but some apartments lack of chopping boards or sharp knives. There's aircon in every room or even two. The area however is very clean and well maintained.The nearest supermarket is on the doorstep and is well stocked up. There are restaurants nearby and other shops with souvenirs and necessities. The area is ideal if you don't want to be surrounded by parties, but it's close enough that you can take public transport.

    Apartcomplex OlympSveti VlasThe hotel is located near the beach, the food at the resort's restaurant was to our taste with reasonable prices. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious.Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The linens were never changed during the 8 nights I stayed. The towels had stains on them and were not changed. Our luck was that we had the washing machine and we washed them. The kitchen utensils were dirty. I only had shampoo and soap if I asked.When the cleaning ladies came, they took the garbage, left the toilet paper and quickly Washed the floor with dirty water. Free parking can be found if you are lucky because it is not very big. Instead, they have underground parking at 10 levs for 24 hours where the car is safe and have elevators to be able to transport luggage from the car to the room.If you want the invoice is hard to get.The pool is clean and not too crowded.
