This hotel is nicely located. Not to far from the beach and city center, but not so close to deal with the noise and traffic. Room is as expected. Only thing that was not so great is their double bed is two singles pushed together. Which is OK, but they only have linens of the singles, so two people each have a blanket, not one for both people.Breakfast buffet is good, with good food, freshly prepared. And they keep the food coming. No waiting for anything.Staff was friendly and helpful.Rooms x17 - x28 overlook the pool and restaurant, and on the higher floors can see the sea. But there may be some noise from the outdoor restaurant section. The only time this was an issue was the evening of the Euro final. Which could be expected.

Very good hotel near beach

Hotel is situated near the beach and it is reachable after a five-minute walk. Primorsko is a small town overbuild with huge resorts (in Primorsko scale) and hotels, some parts of town are significantly undermaintained but his hotel is new, quite well build and fair to stay there. I can recommend it for sure.

The service is of the highest class, the food and beverages prepared at the hotel are unique and always fresh.The swimming pools which the hotel has (1 for adults and 1 for children) are extremely clean and well maintained - there you can spend pleasant hours, having fun or relaxing. Nice place for your vacation

PLUSSES:- Spacious room.- Very comfortable beds (for the adults).- Relatively quiet location. Far from the dangers and chalga-music. crickets in the evening :) Near one of the beaches.- Very polite, responsive, smiling and adequate staff - admirations!- Communication in Bulgarian, without any discrimination, due to the prevailing foreign guests. We are in Bulgaria and that's what it is.- Clean pools.- Free parking without any problem.- Cultural guests of the hotel.- Good breakfast - fresh, varied and plenty. Delicious lunch and à la carte menu.- Clean - common areas, room, change of towels, toiletries.- Communication - excellent! Accurate, short, clear messages in Bulgarian and English, where needed. Light check-in and check-out.- Good internet- Security - we had no problems with our belongings during our stay.- Value for money. A feeling that you do not give your money in vain.I recommend in general!MINUSES:- Our room was "literally" staring at the adjoining room's terrace (angular). The size of the room compensates for this inconvenience, somewhat.- The folding armchair beds for kids are not the best solution. Our young son (4-5 years) was constantly falling and had to sleep between us (the parents)- Rust on the driers, they are replacement.- The ladder in the pool is shaken - drained for repair.- Around the children's pool is quite slippery, tiles glued on a slope ...Unsure adequate safety of infant, inflatable trampoline. Nobody monitors compliance with the requirements for no more than 6 children, age, etc. Our younger son gave up the pleasure of the first evening, being pressed and gasped by older children (apparently over 8 years of age). Our great son (11 years old) could not have fun, observing the same requirements. The trampoline works only in the evening when there are lots of mosquitoes around.- There was no chalk for the sticks at the billiard.- Juices on breakfast - pure water, sweetened and colored! It's normal to have water at a normal (room) temperature!- The smokers / non-smokers organization. The ashtrays on the breakfast table, burned tablecloths, and tobacco smoke while eating, with children is a disgusting sensation.MINUSES:- Our room was "literally" staring at the adjoining room's terrace (angular). The size of the room compensates for this inconvenience, somewhat.- The folding armchair beds for kids are not the best solution. Our young son (4-5 years) was constantly falling and had to sleep between us (the parents)- Rust on the drier, it has to be replaced.- The pool's ladder is shaken - drained for repair.- Around the children's pool is quite slippery, tiles glued on a slope ...Unsure adequate safety of infant, inflatable trampoline. No one monitors compliance with the requirements for no more than 6 children, age, etc. Our younger son gave up the pleasure of the first night, being pressed and gasped by older children (apparently over 8 years of age). The only good things I have to say is the reception staff are great and pool area is nice otherwise I would never give this a 4 star as the food is very basic not much choice at the bar my sheets never got changed all week I mentioned that the panel that hides all the pipework fell out I reported this on my second day they never came to fix it would never come here again PlamenaPalace, Manager at Plamena Palace, responded to this review Dear Tour769983,Thank you very much for commenting your stay with us and sharing your opinion with the readers of TripAdvisor.
