Facility

English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Great beachfront hotel with a high cleaning standard. We discovered this hotel in 2016 and since then we came every year, with pleasure.The animation team is absolutly great, the food is amaizing. The room was cleaned evey day, every night was a kids show and adults show, extraordinary fire and dancing shows. I don t have any bad feedback! Came and see it for yourselfs!

    This hotel gets 10/10 for cleanliness. 10/10 for the restaurant. Our room was actually a small apartment. It had 2 bedrooms one adjoining the kitchen area the other separate. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Toaster, kettle etc which was great for this early riser. The balcony covered both rooms and we had a sea view!! Plenty of sockets too so no need to worry about charging gadgets. The pool was fab - my grandsons spent hours in it. The beach is a 2 minute walk and very safe. Entertainment was a bit iffy - great for the kids not so much for the grown ups. The staff were friendly and efficient. All in all a hotel which exceeded our expectations.

    This is my second time i sunny beach and i can tell this is The best hotel in sunny beach great staff and very big rooms and exexcelnt serivce the hotel is very clean!!!... i give my 5 stars to this hotel i well sure comeback againThank you

    Very bad and dirty, horrible service terrible staff

    Very bad. First of all the cleaning is terrible we needed to complain 3 times because he had no toilet papier and there is blood and dirty spots all over the bed. Second thing we had 2 times an ant nest they dont clean it well thats why it came back within 2 days. The Taste restaurant gave me raw food and now i am feeling me ill. Its there responsability and they won't will give something for the headace. Very terrible. I wont recommended it again. I was 5 years ago here too then it was fine. Its really going downhill i never come back to this bad service, horrible dirty rooms.You will never see us again thanks to your staffEdit: they react on google without respect or a am a guest. When i suggest to come here and solve the problem they delete and block me from google reviews on there page. YES i know for sure that i am your guest because i still sit here. Be a men or female and come to solve the problem. Where is your respect

    Wonderfully clean hotel right next to the beach

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Premier Fort Beach Hotel. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, which we were very impressed with. All the staff work so hard.We stayed for 9 nights on a B&B basis, so can only comment on the breakfast food, which was lovely. There was a wide selection of breakfast foods with plenty of fresh fruit available. 'The Taste' restaurant which is at the main pool area is definitely worth a visit for a tasty meal.Our apartment was lovely and spacious and incredibly quiet, which was great to get a decent night's sleep. There is a beautiful beach on the hotel's doorstep. The only downside we found was that there is not much to see or do in St Vlas. As we were eating out most nights, there are only a few restaurants nearby, so I would perhaps suggest to stay on a half or full board basis if you are staying at this hotel. Other than that, it's a superb hotel that is extremely clean with beautiful gardens. Highly recommend especially for families ??
