Location

Situated in the resort village of Elenite, this design hotel offers panoramic views of the Black Sea. Elenite is the only Bulgarian resort with southern exposure along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There is a pleasant combination of sea and mountains, and calm, curved hills sloping directly into the sea. The hotel is just 35 km from Bourgas airport and just 10 km away from Sunny Beach.

Facility

The hotel has 69 junior suites, 72 suites, 16 apartments and 54 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, translation services, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example beach volleyball and volleyball or, for a fee, tennis and crazy golf. With windsurfing, paddle boating and banana boat rides available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, squash, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Worst place I ever been! This is not a 4 stars hotel, the pictures don't show the reality! We had to find another hotel to continue our vacation, the food was very bad, they didn't cleaned the room, everything looked abandoned! Unfortunately this was our first experience in Bulgaria and we won't step in this country ever again! This place should be closed! Please avoid going there!

    First of all, it is not a 4 stars hotel. Probably, the description of the resort found on web is not actual. Most part of services are not available. The playground for kids is not maintained. Also same for the most part of green spaces. The beach is dirty, no available sunbeds. During a week, same people take the sunbeds all nights and all days (they put the towels on sunbeds). No labels for food. You have to guess what are you eating based on what are seeing. No drinking water available. Only during the breakfast, lunch, dinner and when the lobby bar is open. juices for breakfast only from concentrate.Several times happen that the train driver to not take us between hotel and the entrance in the resort, even if the train was empty. We found him later in one of the end stations.....The Aqua Park was not working. Plus: the location (on the beach), the entertainment program and the italian a-la-cart restaurant (tasty food and good services).

    I've been traveled for more than 25 years. I never had an experience like that. The worst hotel ever !!!!! I think the pictures gonna tell you what you gonna find here. I do not reccomend if you care about your health.

    the worse hotel we been to. Poor food always same , no choice, nim gluten free and didnt get one slice of gluten free bread for 2weeks- been told that will but never did. No fresh juices for breakfast only from concentrate. No one speak English, poor communication, very dirty is well, lobby bar had only 7 alkohol choices , for the whole one week there was no coke- told us to walk 800m to second hotel to get coke!!!. Kids club its a joke!!!! Sun longers all brok and mould on them- disgusting!! Paying 2k £ I wud eccpecting a slice of gluten free and a fresh juice!- never go back there and stay away.

    Literally...never again.. Dirty beach full of cigarettes and plastic cups, old broken loungers, cold food every single time, staff not friendly at all with some little exceptions, during our week over there room service has visited our room only one time and they left 1 fresh towel(big thank you for your kindness), unlimited drinks ok BUT you can use only their small plastic cups - thing is that if you are on the beach you don't want to walking 10 000 times to grab next cup of some drink, unfortunately you can't use your bottle (their Elenite do you know what is recycling? You probably produce more plastic rubbish during the season then whole your country), next thing - coffee and tea during the day : you are able to take but they serve you in what?! Your tiny tiny plastic cup! Again!
