Location

This complex is situated in Sunny Beach resort, only 100 m from the sandy beach. Guests will find fine restaurants, a waterslide and amusements nearby. The centre of Sunny Beach is only a 10-minute walk away and guests will find everything they need within 100 m of the complex. Bourgas Airport is only 30 km away.

Facility

220 apartments and 44 studios are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. A check-in/check-out service is available round the clock at the reception desk in the lobby. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, crazy golf and golf. Water sports available at the apartment hotel include water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, catamaraning and diving.
