    The location of the hotel is not great, it appears close to the lifts, etc. but it's not that great.Parking is not easy or guaranteed.Room furnishings are old and low quality, the bed and pillows were horrible. Sheets were not spotless and the bathroom was crammed.The room was quite warm, you might want that and was generally specious.The common area is very small, bar is poor.Steamroom did not work and you need to sign up to use the sauna.The breakfast was laughable, dinner was worse value for money than the breakfast.

    Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! Thanks!

    Friendly staff. The proximity to the town of Chepelare and the village of Shiroka Luka is an advantage, as it provides an opportunity for walks and a variety of dining establishments. Reliable ratio between price and quality of food. In general, the hotel rates are extremely reasonable and will not addaffect your budget.I did not like the lack of hygene. I found a dead fly in my bed the first night. The carpet in the room was stained. The maid picked up only the garbage from the bathroom and the room without cleaning the floor, wiping the dust or changing the towels. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and there are no signboards where it is located. The entrance is a simple door, which could also be an entrance to a basement or another room. While playing with the child, my wife found a dead beetle in the corner of the playground.

    We have visited the hotel in the summertime. The hotel has а nice location to travel in the region. It is surrounded by magnificent forests and has a perfect view to Snejanka tower and around. The service is Ok, the people are nice, but the hotel need of renovation and more attention to cleanness. It was dusty in the studio and the bathroom need of very, very carefully sanitation. It's looks like the staff is limited and the manager of the hotel should pay attention to this problem.

    The bathroom needs a bit of work, but the room was fine, nice and clean with a full kitchen where you could cook for yourself. Breakfast could have been better, but overall it's an alright place to stay
