Location

    A perfect centre-city hotel!

    The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre city for walking and also near subway, trams and buses. The hotel itself has pleasant staff and a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are perfectly clean, comfortable and quiet. We could not have made a better decision than to stay here.

    Lovely room with minibar and large double bed. Around 5-10 mins walk of the centre but many additional amenities nearby. Staff very friendly. Breakfast in a cosy setting.

    The hotel staff let us adjust our reservation on short notice, provided helpful information and lined up a trustworthy cab. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and pleasant.

    Basic hotel with rude staff

    The hotel is about half of a mile from the city center and is located on small side streets. The rooms are a bit tired and could use some up keep. When we drove up at night, the hotel did not look very inviting. I thought the cab driver drove us to the wrong hotel because it didn't look like the pictures. The person at the front desk was very rude, not friendly, and a bit sarcastic when we asked where the elevator was located. We were meeting 3 other couples and we all independently had the same experience. The room was average with very weak wifi. They had to give us a different login for improved wifi. The buffet breakfast was average with basic options. They had very limited fresh fruit options. I had to resort to eating the canned cherries.
