    A big hotel. We are able to walk from here to the main town area and navigate our way around. The rooms are clean and big . There’s not a lot of shops or restaurants around. Overall a good stay.     ​My wife and I chose the Grand Hotel Millennium for our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we landed until the second we left, the experience was world-class.​The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly Boris. He is a master of hospitality who took care of every single detail of our trip with professional and personal care. He made us feel like the most important guests in the hotel.​What made our stay unforgettable:​The Room: We stayed on the 26th floor with a breathtaking view of Sofia. The room was luxurious, modern, and perfectly maintained.​Personal Touch: A special thanks to the housekeeping team. One of the staff members went out of her way to provide me with a variety of orthopedic pillows to ensure my comfort—this level of care is truly exceptional.​Dining: Spectrum Restaurant on the 28th floor was a highlight. It wasn’t just a dinner; it was an emotional and powerful culinary event that we will remember forever. The other restaurants in the hotel were also fantastic.​The Spa: The Urban Spa is a must-visit.     The hotel has an excellent location and very nice rooms. However, the service does not meet the expected standard, as not all staff are welcoming or professional. The deposit has not been refunded yet, and drinking water is charged not complimentary. Overall, the hotel does not provide the level of service usually associated with a 5-star hotel.     Came to use the spa so can’t comment on hotel itself. Had a suite which was lovely and the fruit was delicious.The spa itself is extremely well appointed with a range of saunas/steam rooms and a pool with lovely views.Massage was decent and good value.Service was odd - was a recurring theme across Sofia - and despite being wrong about something (evidenced by an email) did not offer an apology/recognition of their error. Cafe was lovely and would definitely return if in Sofia.
