Definitely a no frills hotel. Couple of minutes walk to Lavov Must metro station and then one stop to the centre.Hotel itself located in what feels like a run down area but always felt safe there. Just round the corner there is a lovely traditional Bulgarian restaurant.Lady on reception appeared to not know what room I had booked & asked did I want a double. Travelling with my grown up son so said no & also said had booked a twin. On website depicted as two large beds however we had two small beds. Good sized bathroom though small shower cubicle but good shower so all was well. Fridge in room must have been set too high as my water was frozen the next morning. Despite small beds and room on road side we both slept well (or maybe that the good Bulgarian lager we drank lol). Summarising up it was ok but would not return to that particular hotel. Would look at someone more in the centre.

I have just returned from this hotel. Glad I only had to stay 2 nights. It was not a very nice place and it’s dirty. reception seemed clean but once you get to your room it’s a different matter. Floors were lifting, all sealant in bathroom was black and mouldy, mould on the ceiling, radiator was broken, cigarette burns on the desk, a false nail on the floor in bathroom, the list is endless.…when I checked in we just dropped our bags off and went out for food, when we returned someone had used the bathroom and left the shampoo bottle on the floor in the shower so I went to speak to the lady on reception and she just laughed it off, but I know 100% it wasn’t there when I left…she was constantly on her mobile phone and wasn’t interested in what you had to say. I would definitely not recommend this hotel as in my opinion it is quite disgusting

Almost bad in everything: room dirty, beds to be made, towels not replaced, shower with plenty of water after 2 minutes of shower, room cold as aur condicioned not working, windows without caulking in conditions. Only one thing good which is localization.

very dirty room dirty stairs I was thereagain a year ago it was clean and thegirl at the reception she was very politeand smiling but this time it was anothergirl, she was not fair and it was reallydirty I am very disappointed don't gothere there was toothpaste everywherethe light was too low to show how dirty itwas I think everything was dust hooverhasn't been done for maybe a year butthey have a nice location and a niceterrace which was also dirty from outsidethe hotel is very nice but inside new staffis needed and full repair

I don’t like to do this types of critiques but the hotel, at least our room isn’t like the photos and more, the room it’s not clean, the beds aren’t made, the paper toilet it’s not replaced, it’s impossible to take two baths in a row because The shower was clogged and after several requests it remained the same. The people are not nice …
