Location

Overlooking the Vitosha mountain, just opposite the National Palace of Culture - the biggest convention centre in Bulgaria, the hotel is in close proximity to the major administrative, financial and commercial sites. The fine shopping on Vitosha Blvd, as well as the dining and entertainment addresses, and tourist attractions that Sofia has to offer are all in the vicinity and as such within easy walking distance. The hotel is easily accessible from Sofia International airport (10 km away).

Facility

The hotel has 77 rooms, including 3 suites and 1 single room, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. A shower and a bathtub are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.     Great hotel - be aware of your room location

    The hotel itself was great. Nice room with a spacious bed and plenty of space. The breakfast had a variety of sweet and savory choices and friendly, helpful staff. However, if you want to go to sleep before 1:00 in the morning, be sure to get a room on the back side of the hotel, and not one facing the cultural palace. The loud music and heavy bass coming from the restaurants outside the venue was a little much if you are a light sleeper. Same goes for rooms above the bar.

    We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Rosslyn Central Park. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel was well located near a pedestrian street.Our rate included breakfast, and it included a fair number of options. The WiFi was strong, and though I didn’t use it, I appreciate the Smart TV that offered access to streaming services. A/C didn’t appear to be working yet, but we could cool our room by opening the window. Sofia is a nice city to visit, and the Rosslyn Central Park is a good option there.

    We spent a night in the panoramic suite and our stay was fantastic from start to finish. Check in was easy and the reception staff were extremely friendly. Despite arriving early we were able to check into our room which was appreciated after a long morning of travel. The room itself- 805, was huge and the views were fantastic. The bed and lounge sofa were both comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of thoughtful amenities including toothbrushes and shaving kits. When it came to check out the staff were more than happy to hold our bags until our evening flight. The only point to note was that rooms were quite warm, even in March. With windows open in the evening it was cool enough to sleep but this may be an issue in the summer. Rooms have heating and fans but the fans don't appear to be air conditioning or have a cooling element.

    Decent hotel with good location in downtown Sofia. Room cleaning not so consistent, breakfast just average.Small advice: If you travel by car stay away. Hotel has only 3 parking spaces at unreasonable price (25 euro per night). Public parking (if places available) even more expensive (30 euro).

    Loud Noise Til Late at Night -- Hotel would do nothing about it.

    We were there as part of a 19person tour group. There was an event with blasting music in the ballroom on the night of Friday, October 3, where not only was it keeping us up on the 2nd floor but we found out Saturday morning that people on the 9th floor were being kept up by it. Many of us called down to the lobby but Nikolai who was the manager on duty told us each "I can do nothing about that."
