  extremely lower than disappointment

  One of the worst Hotel stayed in the world since 2008 when we started cruising and staying in various locations. Even in third world country they treat you better and present you with quality food at buffet.When I made the reservation via "Love Holidays" I called the Hotel to instruct for a room on lower floor and close by lift. replied with no problem at all.Arrived at 5am due to delay flight and was assigned a room on the third floor.Room was smelly, small, linen were just covering mattress, no A/C as advertised, fridge filthy, dust and sand on the carpet, spare pillow in wardrobe was discoloured and marked with blue stain, could hear mouse or pigeon or pest in the ceiling moving around.Next day when back from beach, lift not working, in fact lift not working few times.Breakfast unusual, scrambled eggs were indescribable and awful, plastic and very cheap glasses were available for very sweet drinks.No croissant available,No toast machine available,Soup at first was cold, although it improve at later days.Staff not willing to welcome or knowledge your presence, in fact they look elsewere unless you are a Bulgarian.Pool seating sun lounger very filthy,Mattresses extremely dirty,Contrary to pictures shown on website, no food is available in the restaurant except buffet,Feel unsafe travelling in the lift going to floors,Hotel needs very desperately renovation and updating.Ask at reception for more shampoo, was told yes yes it will be delivered, nothing happened.The only good speaking English receptionist was SIMONE, friendly, willing to help and above all: SMILING!!!!!

  It's the worst hotel I ever been, the staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. If you ask something to do or fix in your room they always say that they going to tell to someone but that someone never come and You need to ask about it everyday but they just dont care and say that they can't really help You so this is ridiculous. Talking about food - it's not good at all but what do you expect going to 3 stars hotel. Food almost always is cold and taste like plastic. For young people I would not recommend this hotel, just trust me guys. Okay few more things about cleaning, cleaning staff is kinda nice but they just fold your bed sheets but not change them at all. So yeah that's all for me. Hope you get better.

  Very good location, friendly staff, free guarded parking. The food was diversified and very tasty, the staff very friendly and Romanian speaking, modest but clean rooms, towels changed daily, superb swimming pool, cleaned and disinfected every evening. I personally have nothing to reproach them. If I refer to the quality-price ratio, I consider that I paid too little for what I received :)

  Terrible hotel

  This hotel is in desperate need of repair in several areas. There are cracks all over the hotel trip hazards no lighting on pathway from hotel to other on site restaurant. Every time we ate in hotel restaurant we were I'll. This was either due to hot food that was lukewarm flies everywhere in restaurant and on the food. We didn't know at time of booking that it was the end of the season while we were there. The pool was drained 2days before we left the outside chairs and tables taken in and on our last day while we were eating lunch they were taking the tablecloths and seat covers off . One evening we went to the restaurant at 20.00 and it was closed should have been open until 20.30. Would not recommended this hotel to anyone. Our room had 2 sockets one of which got very not. Room service was terrible bedding changed on day 6 of 10 day stay. Beds made once room never hoovered and nothing tidied up or glasses washed. Have put photo evidence of complaint. The staff were very unfriendly and never smiled which made for a very depressing stay. This was our first visit to Bulgaria so not a good impression

  Avoid at all costs. Paid £1500 gbp to take my daughter away for her 7th birthday, arrived at hotel to find locusts on my bedside tables, extremely unhelpful staff who understand the bare minimum english, we were half board to be told don't do half board and it was b&b after a lengthy argument & phone call to the hotel manager we were then allowed our evening meal. Then got dressed to go to the restaurant to find the hotel had no entertainment what so ever for children or adults, we decided to go back to our room for our daughter to watch her ipad as our daughter was devastated there was nothing or nowhere to go, we then asked for advice at reception on where to take her as we could hear children's disco music from outside to be told sorry we cant help, we then asked for the wifi to allow her Netflix which also did not work, to then be told indoor pool is out of order, no activity's what so ever , no therapy's available & no safety deposit boxes available in room. Air con works to a bare minimum , lights go out at 11pm so u cant even enjoy a drink on the balcony as its complete darkness. Without doubt the worst place ive ever stayed in my whole life, even my 7 year old daughter stated was the worst holiday ever and never wanted to come back within hours of arriving
