Location

This hotel is in a quiet location on a wooded bank, in the northern part of the Golden Sands coastal resort. The long, sandy beach is around 800 m away and the town centre is only around 2 km from the hotel. Many restaurants as well as shopping venues and countless bars are to be found in the vicinity. Furthermore, a public transport stop can easily be reached on foot.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with a lift and 216 rooms. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Nice area but the hotel were not very amenable. The studio was lovely ........ view was perfect and the whole area was ideal for everybody.Shops, bars, resaurants and enetertainment are all just a walk away.Disliked · Unfortunately because the studio was privately owned despite being in a hotel we were unable to use most of the hotel facilities ................. even the beach bar in front of the hotel would not allow us to buy drinks because we weren't on one of their packages!Seemed very stupid to us as the Hotel was actually losing money by not serving us!!!

    Avoid this hotel. Wi fi is not working, food is bad, parking is very expensive. The hard drinks are counterfeit and soft drinks are just Walter with flavor

    As of my first time travelling outside the country. It was the best that I have. Also a thumb up for the staff at the hotel to be very helpful I ask something and finally the food was also great not quite something spectular but it was great.

    Celling in bathroom was leaking for 5 days and they didnt repair it. Was going with this issue for 3 days but every time they said they took care of it. After 3 days i just gave up. When I asked if they can change my room because of the leaking I was told that they cant do magic and find me new room. First and last time in Bulgaria. People in the recepion dont care. They only watch tiktok on their phones with headphones on 🙄 The manager is never there. They always call him on phone to tell him whats the situation but nothing happens. Berlin Golden, Marketing at Berlin Golden Beach Hotel, responded to this review Dear Mr. Lukasz, As soon as you reported for irregularities we sent a technician and everything was fixed. By the way, there was no leak from the pipe. The pipe is located in the space above the panel and only a technician has access there, it is not proper for tourists to enter there.

    4 persons in small room (12 m2). Badly mattress. Sun loungers and parasols in poor condition ať the beach. The staff is unhealthy and constantly shrinking.Unfinished chicken meat. Chaos at check in.Never more! Berlin Golden, Marketing at Berlin Golden Beach Hotel, responded to this review Dear Mr. The sun loungers were heavily damaged by the storm that we all witnessed. After that they were changed immediately. The staff are professionals and work with passion. If there was something wrong with the chicken you had to report immediately but we never received complains.
